Okay so I really like the service I have received from Cartridge Save in the past so why the three stars? Easy, I had a spare black cartridge for my printer that I had previously purchased from Cartridge Save. It had been kept in a cupboard and was sealed and in its original unopened box. I put in into my printer and nothing but stripes. Cleaning the heads etc didn't work so because it was a few years old I decided to buy a new cartridge. Tried that and it also failed. Ater a lot of trying to fix the problem fortunately I was successful, but it did waste a lot of time.
Now that's exemplary customer service. I have been contacted and the issue that I expereinced was efficiently resolved Hence the re rating to five stars.
