Guarantee works !!
I started to experience problems with the print quality of my Xerox all in one device. The software indicated the toner cartridge was at 35% capacity but print quality looked like a cartridge that was about to run out. I contacted Cartridge Save who immediately pointed out that the cartridge was less than 3 years old and was therefore covered by their warranty. Without hesitation they sent a replacement cartridge. Excellent service.
