Delighted with service
Delighted with service. Prompt delivery of good pre-paid tracked packaging to send phone to them. Amount agreed prior to sending phone was paid into my account promptly despite it being first week of New Year. Would recommend.

Do not use these cowboys
I sent a phone that was in perfect condition it has been in a case since new with screen savers used since new.The price was agreed at £60 which I agreed, I was offered on delivery a revised offer so the firm said, but never received this offer. The phone is now to be returned and they sent me 2 photos of a damaged phone this is not my phone or they damaged it. A load of crooks and should not be allowed to trade. Given them 1 cos 0 stars is not available
Have now given the phone to charity

Poor experience following sending phone
‘Forgot’ to send me revised offer as apparently my phone had a poor battery life / phone was 4 years old. I chased after a week - they then remembered to send me revised offer. I sent 2 phones and they forgot both! I’m only writing this now as they keep chasing me for a review

Couldn’t be happier with the service!
Absolutely amazing service from CashforTech, definitely one of the best phone recycling companies I have used, if not the best! Really really efficient service, paid exactly what was offered and was within my bank less than 24 hours after receiving my phone. Really would consider using this company over some of the other better known companies which try to deduct so much money from you for no reason. Couldn’t be happier with this company and will definitely use next time I upgrade my phone!
