Rubbish casino and a scam site. Placed a bet on roulette the bet didn't registered due to technical issues and my money disappeared. I should of won on that spin and the next spin if they had paid my bet, but they scammed me and later said it was a technical issue. I've asked to close my account, would not use again!

SCAMMERS

These crooks allowed me to make £200 worth of deposits and then suddenly closed my account with no explanation.

I put in a complaint and have been given the following extremely vague message:

Casinocasino.com can reject an application for an online casino Account, or close down an existing Account, in cases of noncompliance by the customer of the General Regulatory Obligations and for Responsible Gaming purposes.

The above does not clarify which rule I have broken, however what I do know is these crooks would never have paid out if I'd won, so therefore should return my deposits (which they are refusing to do)

This is literally theft and I won't allow them to get away with it. I will be contacting Casinomeister and advising them of this ROGUE casino unless my £200 deposit is refunded within 24 hours.

If you want to donate your money donate them them to a charity as this website they do see themselves as a charity … over £1500 deposited In the last few days and only got a bonus paying under £30 .steer clear guys steer clear .

Please don’t play here. It’s very obvious it’s rigged! No bonus features and when you have one it pays such a low amount compared to what you have played and it’s max £10 on top of what you have deposited. Good job I only play small but I noticed all casinos run by this company is a rip off. Stay away

I just tested the withdrawal and I easily received the money. The casino also has live chat (real people) 24/7. I believe these features are better than many casinos.

Would be zero as they withheld 42k of winnings and closed account unfairly happy to take deposits but not pay out opened a dispute but obviously ruled in favour of the scammers as they obviously get paid by them as it’s supposedly a “free” complaint service

I started playing this site a good while ago wasn’t much fussed for it and wins were few and far between so was only in it now and again. lately I had couple wins not a fortune but over £100 so not bad but since then it seems to take take take no wins atall . the games are good and withdrawels are fast so will stay for a bit see how it goes b4 I decide if I stay or leave will update again soon

BEWARE-MONEY LAUNDERING -FRAUDULENT COMPANY

I joined this company as it relatively looked safe to do so,they are also licensed under UK, which means they need to follow the guidelines. Face value,what they promote is what they don't do. I deposited and had some fun, made a small withdrawal that left my account but unbeknown to me it was blocked sitting pending, continued to play non the wiser, made a further large deposit which I just couldn't withdraw after, they told me to verify my account, the account couldn't be verified as their site was down for maintenance and after that there was no option for me to upload documents, I spoke to Tina, Kevin, Kurt, Connor and after chasing and chasing and chasing, finally the verification page was up and running online, after chasing them over 3 days, uploaded which was very hard to do as they made it hard as their page still didn't have a button to press to ipload, eventually got this done, was verified and still couldn't withdraw funds,they only allowed 1 withdrawal, chasing and chasing and chasing them,being ignored, they made it excessively difficult to allow me to withdraw, and on purpose, gambling commission and law states that no customer should be denied withdrawals. It's a scam to ensure great difficulty to take your money, after exploding and I'm a very humble person to ever explode, they withdrew a small fund,kept the rest that I begged to take out then deactivated my account, ......I even got a call from the police which I informed them that basically they are stealing from customers, the reason why I exploded,withholding my funds,refusing to process withdrawals which is actually against the law, gambling commission even states that if a player withdraws funds, no reversal can be made, no company should hold funds in players accounts after a request has been made. Last time this happened was 12 years ago with online sites before the law changed,yet here we are. SCAM COMPANY breaking the gambling commission law that they operate under. There is just no way of excessive difficulty,being ignored, talking to countless people, half working document page and refusing to process payment even after being verified is legal. The worst experience I've ever had, I have actually been robbed. Honestly, if you are considering donating your money to a casino to never get it back or made difficult and ignore yo for you to get it back, and finally they hear but make it excessively difficult, then stay away.

YES I SAID IT, money laundering, they don't check or bother to verify you all the time you are depositing, but try make a withdrawal, it won't happen,you have to verify yourself first and that in itself they make it excessively difficult, other sites are straight forward and hassle free and definitely don't have measures put in place to block you. Most if not all casinos Will ask you for verification,but one thing is for certain and by right of law, if you withdraw or request a withdrawal,it will leave your account and sit pending leaving your account without funds, although that's ok , as after your verification, funds then get processed, they do not do this, they just point blank refuse you to make a withdrawal which is insane and just highly illegal.

I would advise, not to be careful, but to completely stay away.
This ordeal has completely put me off for life.

This was truly such a bad experience, just the thievery you know, that this review is my first and only review I have ever made online to date about any company.

Read lots of mixed reviews on here and was worried about withdrawing my money!! Cashed out over £1000 so a large amount, chat replies instantly to you and it’s a person not a robot! They did ask for a selfie, driving licence and a bill.. to verify my account, uploaded them 8pm last night and it’s now 1pm the next day and the money is in my account so not even 24 hours. My experience has been great, just wanted to settle others minds! :)

Please avoid at all cost this site is a scam and will take all your money from you do not use this site at all if you don't want to be scammed

Managed to hit big and in less then 12h the guys have transferred the funds into my PayPal .Was a bit worried as was a big amount but the team was very professional and prompt in answering my queries and transferring of funds .Big thank you to the team

Ok so I played this site around 6 months ago and yes it was appauling. But now it has certainly turned itself around. Ended up playing in it even though I thought it was rubbish and have been pleasantly surprised, not just from the win but the verification process super fast withdrawals (PayPal) and the 24 hour chat no AI and just process my withdrawal 5am Sunday morning. Wish I could remember her name.
