I was using casino casino for over a year if not closer to 2 years. Today I made a small withdrawal of £20 and all of a sudden my account was no longer verified . I queried why I never received the withdrawal and was advised takes 24hrs . Later I received an email (copy shown to them) stating my account was verified and now it is not verified again. They take no responsibility for what is going on and just say I need send a birth certificate in (which I do not own) and now my previous verification documents expired (it was my passport which runs out in 2026)

Stay clear of these people. What seems to have happened is they have changed how they verify customers and blame it on everything else and customer service is appalling (spoke to Alex via chat and Olivia via email)

I then asked to close my account and usually any balance on the account would be returned to linked card and they can’t even do this for 19p 😂

They will ask you to verify your account at first, and they will let you start depositing money in it, but if by mistake you manage to win anything after a while, they will block your money with the excuse that you have to verify where you got that money to play with, and humiliate you by some people called customer care, which don't care what you say to them as they are there only to delay you from getting your money back until you get fed up and stop.
That's what they did to me and withheld £800 of my money for weeks now, and i had to seek for legal advise, as they are hiding behind British laws for protection and the excuse to withhold your money.
Stay as far away as you can from them as they owe 9 different casinos all owed by the company L&L Europe and if you check their reviews are almost 75% 1 star meaning very negative and that's what they do and treat most of their customers.

As a reply to your so called answers here is where i stand
1) I passed all your electronic identification and age verification process 9 months ago, and that's how i was allowed to make all these deposits on your site.
2) I was a responsible gamer and i did nothing wrong to be treated this way.
3) I did not use any high risk payment methods, but only my personal bank account as you should know already.
4) I only requested withdrawals to the bank account i was making deposits from, and no other banking methods, so please stop trying to twist things around to cover your company as i have solid proof of that.
5) I repeat again that i only used one banking deposit method and not multiple as you imply.
6) I never used a third party's deposit method but only my private bank account.
7) I have already given you both my bank accounts statements, and you should check with your customers service reps in regards to that, and not keep on asking from customers more things that they can provide, so you can withhold our funds, as they seem to be working under specific instructions from L&L Europe just to avoid paying your customers.
8) there was no fraudulent or illegal activity in my account apart from casino casino withholding my money for no legal reason.
9) You have all my legal documents in regards to my verification and that is why i can not understand any reason you are doing this apart from taking my funds illegal, and trying to hide behind some British laws to cover yourselves from taking the money from your customers.
In England we call this a scam and theft, and i don't know what you call it in Malta.
That is why i call you scammers as that is what you are doing by taking and withholding peoples money.
And i do not believe in the least that 75% of 1 star negative reviews are fake as they come from your own dissatisfied customers which you have wronged or scammed on one of your 9 sites that you have online, so again please do not try to twist around the truth, but just accept that you are SCAMMERS.

Absolute money drain, avoid, I’m not someone who expects to win,you likely never will, but when it’s lose, lose and lose , then you have zero entertainment value. Play, but elsewhere.

I like the provider as they have many old school slots that I find hard to find elsewhere. The app isn’t the best, needs an improvement but still does the job. I have had a few wins at the beginning, maximum £200 and all withdrawals were received at the same day. A few days ago I was lucky to hit my biggest win - £1000 out of £20 deposit. I have requested withdrawal and they asked me for ID verification which was easy enough to do and approved straight away by third party company, then verified next day by casino staff. I read some bad reviews and panicked a little bit, but I received the money next day so no drama.

I was worried about ever seeing my winnings after reading other reviews. However I have to commend casinocasino.com for how quick and easy the account verification was and subsequent withdrawal processing, I uploaded the documents in the morning, they were approved within 5 minutes and the money in my account by the afternoon. The only reason I have not given them full stars is because of the following:

1 - You cannot make multiple withdrawals i.e you have to wait for one withdrawal to complete before making another one which is not right in my view as this gives every chance to lose the money that you intend to withdraw in the meantime.

2 - You cannot verify your account after signing up without the operator instigating it first which is often only after you request a withdrawal. I personally like to have the option to upload my documents as soon as I sign up and before playing, so that any winnings can be withdrawn without delay.

3 - The website is quite poorly constructed and glitchy - it does work better when you request the desktop site though if using a mobile.

Aside from the above, I would safely recommend this site. As long as you prepare to have the required documents readily available when making a withdrawal request - they ask you to upload a selfie, proof of ID and proof of address. All pretty standard things.

So after a couple of successful withdrawals and my account being fully verified. I was asked to send in a broadband bill which I did a PDF copy.

Then for the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of being asked to video myself logging into my account and downloading the same broadband bill. Which is a huge invasion of privacy basically scamming me out of 3000 euros in winnings disgraceful customer service.

DO NOT DEPOSIT WITH THIS FIRM Having made several deposits and I won $1900. I made the withdrawal 2 weeks ago. Since then I have been asked for bank statements, payslips, invoices, confirmation of specific transactions unrelated to my transactions with the company. I join casino casino I think November and it has been good. I have won £600,£450 from paying just £70 pounds. To be honest I have lost most of my winning through greediness. I think it is a good company choose the game you play wisely.
