Joe was exceptional, after speaking with 2 other online companies, who couldn’t sell a casket if it was in front of them. We were going back to the funeral home until we came upon Casket Emporium. Joe was professional and fabulous. He explained about the other companies, where they buy from and how many times people call him after talking with them. He not only delivered the casket on time the next day, he texted us pictures of the delivery. This just wasn’t a company we order and a trucking company picks up and delivers . This was personalized delivery. Joe is the BEST!

We received personal, courteous and excellent service from Joe at CasketEmporium. We were comfortable with his handling such an important piece of the funeral service during such a difficult time. We had peace of mind knowing that we could trust Joe to deliver on time. Highly recommend!

I needed a casket really quick. I called Joe and he assured me the casket would be here in time. It arrived the very next day. Joe kept in touch with me through phone calls and text messages. He is a very professional guy and I will be dealing with him in the future!

I preordered with Joe and when my mom passed, I called him immediately. He practically moved heaven and earth to get the beautiful casket to us in a very timely way. I can’t say enough nice things about Casket Emporium. I never want to have to order a casket, but I’ve had to order now twice and have been so pleased both times. I initially contacted Casket Emporium after conducting a Google search for caskets to assist a family member with funeral arrangements for their mom.
Having purchase caskets online before, this time I was a little hesitant due to the supply chain shortage and possibly not getting it on time. After speaking to Joe, he not only assured me that I would get the casket on time but he offered to personally deliver it himself to funeral home. He was very responsive, courteous, helpful, professional and prompt. We ended up saving $1500 on a casket that we would’ve paid double at the funeral home. Unfortunately I had to come back to him the following week for the passing of my godmother and again the response and the customer service was exceptional. He kept in constant contact with me via text to let me know the status of the delivery of the casket to the funeral home. I have already referred him to several other people and experience has been the same. Thank you so much Joe for a stress-free experience during a difficult moment.

After speaking with a friend, she recommended I look online for cost effective caskets. I spoke with Joe, I told him I'm looking for a blue casket. He sent me some pictures and the rest is history. He is very professional and I received the casket when he promised. I will refer him to a my family and friends.

Our family recently lost our beloved Nana . Everything was such a blur trying to put the services all together . When we called Casket Emporium we had such an nice experience . I recently lost my mother to COVID earlier this month. Because I live in another state, I immediately went to be by my mothers side before she passed. Needless to say, I was not prepared to know the protocols or procedures in getting a casket for my mother. When I purchased the casket through Costco, I received a call from Joe the following day. Joe was kind and considerate. I explained to Joe about my mother’s passing and that we didn’t have a date of when she would be buried. Once I found out the date, I contacted Joe and he made sure it was delivered with ample time and with dignity. Joe even texted me and said he personally delivered it to the cemetery days prior to the actual delivery date. While I miss my mother, and was trying my best to keep things together so my mother would be buried properly, Joe’s company alleviated any anxieties I had, given all the things that needed to get done.

Having unfortunately been involved in planning two funerals in the past month I would highly recommend purchasing a casket here. People are just trying to get through the funeral when these things happen and $ is an afterthought. In the first funeral time was of the essence so we did not call and just went with the casket available at the funeral home and for the 2nd funeral I called Casket Emporium and they can deliver very quickly atleast where I am (NYC metro area) and saved well over $1000 on what we feel was the same exact casket the funeral home was offering. Myself, family and friends will be buying our caskets independent from funeral homes from now on. Thank you very much for your fast responses and quick delivery.

Easiest part of preparing my sons funeral was the purchase of his caskets from casket emporium. I called Joe and he made sure the caskets was in stock before I purchased and hand delivered it to the funeral home. The caskets I bought was white with crosses on the outside and the Lords prayer on the inside. It was even more beautiful in person. The price was very affordable and I would recommend casket
emporium to anyone.

After reading reviews I decided to purchase my casket. All the reviews were spot on. The service Joe provided was excellent. He is caring and helpful. They don't try and sell you the most expensive. I had to bury my Mom and needed a casket quickly, and one she would have loved. The funeral home I was using had a limited number of caskets available, all were too dark or traditional. I found the perfect casket for my mom online at casket emporium. They were outstanding to work with, they shipped overnight, the funeral went perfectly and everyone loved the "Mom's casket "
