Being a buyer and salesperson by trade, I know customer service and Joe was on point. I’m on the west coast and he’s on the east coast, his level of service knows no time zone.

At first, I was skeptical about ordering online. Purchasing a casket by just texting? But it turned out to be a smooth and easy transaction. Everything went well and on time. Definitely will recommend casketemporium.com to my friends.

I was experiencing difficulties with the funeral where my brother was, the selections of caskets were awful and they were charging ridiculous prices. My sister gave me Joe's number and I contacted him. Joe was patient with me explained my options, sent pictures of casket options, and delivery schedule. He also gave me insight on what the funeral home could and could not do. Even when the funeral home continued to be difficult, Joe went out if his way to ensure the casket I ordered was delivered and I was satisfied. He was a lifesaver at at difficult time and showed compassion. I would recommend Gasketemporium to anyone during their time of need.

It hurts me that I even had to be in the casket market in the first place but Joe was great to work with. The casket was beautiful, our family received many compliments on it. I was able to reach Joe whenever I needed him, he delivered the casket earlier than expected and sent us several pics and video to assure us that it was what we wanted ahead of us actually seeing it at the funeral home. Hope I’m not in the market again but God forbid I am, I’d certainly return to casket emporium. Great customer service.

Family was experiencing a financial hardship. We could not afford to buy the casket from the funeral. the funeral insisted that we buy a casket from them which was super expensive. I called casket emporium for a casket. I was promised delivery the next day by 12 noon. It arrived at Sampson funeral home in Brooklyn at 9 am the day I was promised.

When my father passed last week we knew he wanted him to gave a wooden casket, but there was very little to spend on one. I contacted Joe at Casket Emporium and explained the situation. He was kind and very helpful. I told him I needed a casket in less than 48 hrs in a different state from where I am. He said No problem and got it done and for an extremely reasonable price.

When the casket got to the funeral home and was uncrated, there appeared to be some minor blemishes because of shipping, so I called Joe and he told me what to do to correct the issue and if that didn't work that he would get a new one shipped immediately. I buffed out the rail and it was beautiful. The cherry finish glistened for visitation and the graveside service this week. This company and its owner made it very simple to honor our father with a gorgeous place to rest. Thank you, Joe and Casket Emporium.

AMAZING!! Joe was amazing, he saves me from a crazy situation. I ordered my father’s casket from Titan Casket through Amazon and 2 days before my father’s viewing/mass/burial they called to tell me that they couldn’t deliver it due to weather. I started panicking and googling site and luckily came across Joe’s site and in 2 days got everything set up ending paying a lot less them Titan Casket had charged me, it was delivered on time, got confirmation of delivery and can now be at peace with laying my father to rest tomorrow. The funeral was about 8 days away, and in another state. Would have been difficult to find a casket through the funeral home, in another state, and we discovered Casket Emporium. They have a great selection, many different materials, styles, colors, and all online. We found one we really liked, placed the order. Immediately Joe was in touch with us confirming all the details of the product, and delivery location. He provided a date of delivery, and was there on that day. Which was four days before the funeral. When got to see the casket in person, looked great, very please. Plus, the cost was about half as much as where the prices of caskets start, buying through a funeral.

Joe is pleasant to work with during the difficult time. He offered fair price and personal on time delivery. Very professional.

For what was a very tumultuous time for my family, Joe was extremely helpful, kind and accommodating. The funeral home requested that the casket be delivered by a certain time, Joe not only promised to deliver the casket by that specific time but he dropped it off hours earlier. Even further as I am out of state Joe when asked provided pictures of his inventory and was readily available to answer any questions that both myself and family had. Thank you again Joe.

It’s never easy saying bye to family. The casket we purchased from Casket Emporium gave us peace that Dad is sleeping in peace. Joe made everything lighter on us, took one of the largest burdens off our shoulders and truly made us feel like family. He took the extra time to help and talk to us. He made us feel as if we were his only clients, very refreshing in this day and age. Kindness that Joe showed us in our time of need is far and few.
