Castle Green Homes Reviews

Sales team in the show homes very helpful and professional..show homes amazing

Amazing company. Staff are very accommodating to your needs and information given is very precise.looking at this company for my next home as their property’s are very spacious and meet all my expectations whilst looking for a new home. Definitely have my vote.

We are currently a couple months into our process at Castle Green Daresbury and the whole team have been great so far, Kirsten helped us with the reservation and helped us choose our home and she has been fantastic since the start. The whole team has been very welcoming and informative giving us updated regularly, although we’re still early in the process and still waiting for our home to complete the experience so far has been better than any other developer we visited

Visited show homes at Woodland Manor - Rhianna and Pam were great.

We’ve recently purchased a new home with Castle Green and had a great experience. Specifically, Carol and Laura supporting us through the process made it a lot easier.

Viewed the show homes in Trevalyn which had great interior design, with light blended colours.
We were greeted by Ellis who was very professional, polite and provided an excellent service. Well done.

Hilary at Castle Green, Bridgewater view has been excellent in explaining everything about a new build purchase snd making sure you are happy with your choice going over and beyond. I think she is a credit to Castle Green

Great whilst they have a Sales Office on site and you can walk in with your issue. The moment they leave, absolutely awful.

My grout is cracking and failing after 18 months but apparently thats a maintenance issue. I've had a plumber/tiler look at it and they're shocked at the pathetic job they did but I've had to pay for that out my own pocket. A £290k house with grouting that fails just after their "12 month guarantee", funny that. I don't know what kind of people they're employing to do their work but its not good enough. Getting people in to do work that will last past their guarantee and warranty periods and then they dont care.
The plastering is awful. I moved from a 1950s council house to this place and the walls were more level there and didnt have the screws popping holes everywhere.
They need to provide a mixer tap in bathrooms now to make sure the water doesnt get too hot. Thats fine, but mine has gone from a hot bath to the temperature of a cup of tea you forgot about 30 mins ago. I raised this with them a month ago and have followed up almost every week and its always the same. "Waiting to hear back from them". I'm guessing we'll hear back from them once Castle Greens warranty ends.
They care about service when they have an onsite office that means you need to deal with them face to face. The moment that office is gone, youre on your own.
Completely pathetic considering the money you have to spend to get their properties.

We found a lovely home on the Castle Green site at Daresbury. Hilary was a great help with our purchase and although ultimately our sale didn’t go through (our buyers fault not Castle Green) we were very impressed with the professionalism of everyone at Castle Green and the amount of detailed information they give you not only about the home but the site itself. We were very impressed with the design of the homes at Daresbury particularly the size of the main bedroom and kitchen/dining/living room. We would definitely look at Castle Green home again when we finally get moving.

Hilary has been very helpful since the first day helping us along the way nice and smoothly, really looking forward to getting the keys now we have placed our order for all our extras in the house.

The sales team have been very helpful, going above and beyond what might be expected. Their friendly service has made our purchase a pleasant experience offering advice where needed.

We’ve recently been back to Castle Green to choose the options and finishing touches for our new home, and once again Hilary has been brilliant!

It’s been lovely seeing everything start to come together, and Hilary has made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

We’re getting more excited about our new home and really appreciate all her help so far. Thank you, Hilary! 😊

It has been a pleasure to purchase a new build property from Castle Green homes. Heather, the sales advisor, was friendly, helpful and professional. We are very pleased with the quality of the build. Usual and expected new build snags have all been resolved very promptly. The site manager, George, has been so helpful, patient and has gone above and beyond to help us from the day we moved in. The site is always kept clean and tidy as final works are underway. Highly recommended company.

Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful going above and beyond to help us move into our new home

Cathy in the Swn y Mor sales office in Prestatyn has been absolutely fantastic. She's extremely thorough, helpful and informative as well as being extremely friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble for her- we've visited the sales office a number of times, as well as the house that we hope to purchase, and on every occasion Cathy has been generous with her time and has patiently answered all our queries. She has also kept in touch by phone and email. We couldn't have wished for a more professional and pleasant person to deal with.

Pam was amazing, She is knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

We bought our new home at Castle Green's Rydal View development, and Heather, our Sales Advisor, was excellent from start to finish. She was always friendly and easy to talk to, and she was always on the ball. She responded promptly to every phone call and email, so we were never left waiting for answers. Our purchase involved a part exchange on our Cardiff home, which brought plenty of paperwork and enquiries with it. Heather kept on top of everything, chased the solicitors, and kept us updated at every step. Moving home was a very stressful time for us, and Heather was the shining light through all of it. We can't thank her enough and would happily recommend Castle Green, and Heather in particular, to anyone.

Excellent everyone great experience

We are just at the beginning of the buying process and have just reserved a house at Rydal View. We were guided through the reservation process by Heather who was so helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Heather has also continued to keep in touch to make sure everything is progressing well, which is a rare trait indeed these days. So far, we have been very impressed with not only the Castle Green build quality, but also the feeling of a genuine personal touch, which gave us so much confidence in purchasing our new home.
