Castle Green Homes Reviews

I couldn’t recommend castle green enough. Rihanna and Ellis have been absolutely amazing in what’s been I very stressful time. We have finally moved in to our dream home and absolutely love it.

We could not be more grateful to Lyndsey and the team for everything they have done for us during this process. They have gone above and beyond in helping us have the smoothest transition into our new home. Their dedication and hard work are a credit to the company and shouldn’t go unnoticed. Thank you again for everything.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Fiona and Venita at Castle Green Homes. From the very beginning of the process, they were welcoming, professional, and incredibly supportive. Moving into a new home can sometimes come with little things that need sorting, but they were always quick to respond and ready to help straight away, which made everything feel so much easier for us.

Since moving in, Nick, Naz, and Ray have also been fantastic. They’ve all been so helpful, friendly, and responsive whenever we’ve needed anything, and it’s really reassuring to know such a supportive team is there.

We’re truly grateful for the kindness, care, and professionalism shown by everyone. Thank you all for making the journey into our new home such a positive and memorable experience.

Laura at hawthorn meadows has been great , from the moment we walked into the sales office to us sitting down and finalising everything shes been great, professional, polite, caring and understanding.
She new every answer to every question we asked.

I can’t recommend Castle Green enough. We had our house sale fall through at the last minute making us very nervous that we would lose the house we had reserved. Castle Green were extremely patient and helpful making sure the process went as smooth as possible.
The development is lovely and the style of houses are fantastic.
We have been here for just over a week and couldn’t be happier. The build quality is great and so is the communication with site, we had a few very small snags which have been sorted straight away. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Excellent customer service and fantastic support throughout the purchase of the property.

Castle Green was very helpful in allowing us to buy our first home. They guided us through the process of buying a house and allowed us to complete everything we needed in order to obtain the plot we wanted. Every service was easily explained and completed with castle green. Laura and Heather were great in helping us buy our first house, they communicated with us quickly and would push solicitors when we needed.

My experience at Castle Green Homes at Trevalyn Place Rossett has been nothing less than exceptional.
Kelly and Kirsten, the Sales Reps, have gone above and beyond to make the process easy and what could even be a stressful time enjoyable.
They are knowledgeable, helpful and quick to respond to any queries even on their days off!
Heartfelt thanks to you both x

Fabulous show homes with excellent customer sales services at Woodland Manor. Home buying is a huge decision but the information provided by Rhianna and choice of incentives available really helped us to make the right decision. Castle Green Homes offer varied plots and home designs available, with local amenities and access to green space nearby, which helped to make our decision much easier. Highly recommend.

Great experience 👍 Special appreciation to Carol for making our journey smooth! Such a lovely lady!

We’ve recently purchased on the Woodland Manor development. Rhianna has been extremely helpful throughout. Everything has been really straightforward.

Encouraged us and gave proper guidance on what needs to be done. Their homes are also nice and rooms are big. Affordable homes and we hope to buy more from castle green

I just reserved my home at woodland manor in Congleton, it was a pleasure to deal with Ellis and Rhianna, both of them are very friendly and professional, making it easy for me to make my choice. The process was very stress free and both girls gave me all the information I needed. I would highly recommend

I recently visited Woodland Manor and had a fantastic experience thanks to Ellis and Rhianna. Ellis welcomed us, explained everything about Castel Green, and let us explore the show homes without feeling rushed. She answered all our questions and followed up afterwards. On my return visit, Rhianna was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with my many questions, which made me feel comfortable during such a big decision.
I’ve now put in an offer on a property at Woodland Manor. The homes are lovely, but it was the outstanding care and professionalism from Ellis and Rhianna that truly stood out. Highly recommended.

Thanks so much Donna & Bianca.

You’ve both been amazing and made our first house buying experience stress free! Even when we had issues with delays, you have both been so supportive and helpful throughout. We can’t wait to move into our new home 🏠

Many thanks

Connor & Holly

Moving into my new Castle Green home has been a truly five-star experience from start to finish. From the moment I first visited, I was impressed by the quality, layout, and beautiful finishes, and now that I’m settled in, it genuinely feels like home. The entire buying process was made smooth and stress-free thanks to Ellis and Rhianna from the sales team. They were friendly, professional, and always happy to answer our questions, keeping myself updated every step of the way and making me feel completely supported throughout. I couldn’t be happier with my new home and would highly recommend Castle Green to anyone looking for a fantastic new-build home. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Show Home very well presented…details very well explained

As far as house buying goes, a wonderful experience throughout the entire process at the Bridgewater View development, with special thanks to Sally, Hilary and Kayleigh. We were originally planning to go with a neighbouring developer, but their sales team couldn’t compare with Castle Green’s, who cheered us on from day one!

Communication was strong, they were supportive when needed, incredibly friendly, beyond helpful and, when we were facing difficulties with a useless solicitor at the bottom of a chain, they stepped up to help us get through.

Thank you to the team for being with us at every step of the way and getting us into our new, beautiful home!

Highly recommend.

From the moment we walked into Castle Green, Bridgewater view, my partner and I were instantly welcomed by Sally and Hilary. Throughout the whole process of selling both our houses, and purchasing our new home, Sally and Hilary have been with us every step of the way, keeping us informed and cheering us on! Their passion for customer care shines through and they want to ensure everything is right. They are incredibly responsive and action any issues immediately. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication in ensuring everything is perfect for our new home!
