Second time I had an issue with access…
Second time I had an issue with access and the customer support team was very efficient to resolve.
Call dropped but Sophie managed to capture the problem and followed up with an email that resolved the issue, so I didn't have to call again.
What could improve is not having the access issue regularly in the first place.

Caterer Training Session
We had a training session with Joanna which was really useful. She was very helpful and well prepared for our meeting and gave us a really good insight as to how to make the most out of the site. I have used databases for a while but still picked up some very useful hints!

I use caterer every day for recruitment. It's really easy to use and allows quick and accurate candidate sourcing. The filters and advanced search functions mean you can focus on getting exactly the right person. I also had an issue today and the customer services agent sorted it immediately.
