As a military family, we have had the opportunity to experience various services, but I can confidently say that this garage in Catterick has consistently exceeded our expectations over the past few years. Their offerings, ranging from car servicing and MOTs to invaluable advice, have been exceptional.

Recently, I had scheduled a service and MOT for my car, only to have it written off by an accident that wasn't my fault. Faced with the need for a new vehicle, I wouldn’t consider visiting any other garage in Catterick or even nearby. I reached out to the garage regarding my interest in a car listed online. Although it turned out that someone had already purchased it, the car sales team was incredibly supportive and even offered to help source a similar vehicle.

Ultimately, I made the decision to get an upgrade from my 2019 Qashqai to a new 2023 model with enhanced specifications. I completed the payment over the weekend, and I am pleased to share that my new vehicle will be ready for collection within the same week. This experience has been nothing short of fantastic! My MOT and services will be booked in here year upon year as long as we're based here. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making a very stressful situation not so bad after all

Needed tyre pressure checked on a hire car. It was no problem for them to do this. The young man who did this was reassuring - the warning light had kept coming on. A big thank you, during a stressful time.

Great service from the team today, took my daughters car in for a wheel bearing and abs light, although it took a little longer I received regular updates on the progress, received a quote for the repair and the end bill was exactly as quoted even though the repair was a bit trickier due to the age of the vehicle, thanks to everyone

Just bought a nearly new car from Catterick Service Station, Catterick, Richmond, North Yorkshire.

Despite being 75miles away, and orchestrating a deal from distance, not to mention dealing with my numerous questions and queries (I'm a worrier when it comes to big decisions), Catterick Service Station, and in particular Jamie, were amazingly helpful.

It was, and I find this surprising to say about a car dealer, a pleasure to deal with them. Jamie was very helpful, polite and, dare i say with all my questions, patient. The agreement and hand over was undertaken smoothly and hassle free with Jamie methodically and politely explaining all the necessary information.

A first rate customer experience.

I've dealt with several main dealers and almost new car sales organisations in the past, and can say these guys have to be the best I've dealt with, on the face of this experience.
