Quick delivery considering coming from EU suplier . Product amazing even better than in pictures have a 8.6 kg cat and now when he jumps about on this cat tree it doesn’t move across the floor or look like might topel over the scratching poles are now tall enuf to stretch his back properly when using yet our smaller cat love it too . Sturdy well built instructions could be a little clearer . Definitely needs two people to construct re weight of certain parts and some fiddly screws but took no more than 40 mins to construct , would recommend to anyone particularly people with larger cats ! Well done best product on the market.

Website was clear and easy to navigate. Shipping was super quick. Tree arrived in two boxes. Very little packaging (e.g. the space was well used) and everything in top condition. Instructions v easy to understand. Lovely product. The cats LOVE it! It is quite pricey, but the tree is clearly well made and sturdy. I don't see it needing replaced for a LONG time :)

Wow ! What a cat tree, it is amazing. From placing the order to delivery was 4 days, so fast for overseas delivery! Came in 2 boxes as its heavy.
Very simple to build, clear instructions and Allen key.
I thought I'd bought a small one, it's still huge. But the cats love it. Ours are only moggies and when they are in the baskets you can't see them, they are so big ! Old cat tree, they were falling out of their baskets. The build quality is top notch. All posts being sisal means they have multiple scratch areas.
The whole thing is rock solid and I expect it will last years opposed to cheaper one lasting 18months.
Absolutely delighted with it, I'm sure the cats are too !
