Bad communication and cosplay it too small and tight don't fit at all and they won't issue a full refund don't use them scammers

Wonderful Quality and Excellent Customer Service!
I ordered a Zelda costume for my eleven-year-old daughter as a special gift in early October. She'd saved and worked to match the amount I added, and so this was a very important purchase for her. We were concerned the costume would not arrive on time for its intended debut: Halloween. Each time we reached out we had clear, personal, concise, communication and it arrived ahead of the expected date!

The costume is beautiful. I'd expected that I'd have to make some adjustments, like add clear straps as the gown appears strapless, but no, those were included along with all the jewelry. It fit her perfectly and the measurements online matched hers. She was so delighted that she asked me to send the tailor a note, which I did through the customer service email address.

She intends to wear the costume to many Comic Cons this year and it's entirely of a quality where we can expect a lot of wear out of this costume.

At first the costume did not come with the accessories that were advertised but once I made it clear what was missing everything was shipped within 4 days and they made it right very quickly. The customer service was amazing

The quality, the look, the ability to move comfortably, the communication, absolutely have had an extraordinary experience with Champion Cosplay each and everytime I’ve ordered a suit with them, and because of this I intend to come back again and again! I’d highly recommend and do to a lot of friends that I have met throughout my Cosplay journey!

The costumes are purely made of magic and allow for you to really feel like you’re apart of the films. Along with me being happy with my purchase, customer service was phenomenal all thanks to the outstanding ALICE! I will not only recommend this site but also purchase again all because of Alice W. and the FANTASTIC care she gave when handling my order.

So while trying to get my costume they didn't have my helmet or right size sure it could have been upsetting but these guys are so quick about it they go above and beyond I'm talking they were letting me know what was going on right then and there no extra just giving me 110 percent honesty and accuracy through the whole process I will be all my future cosplay outfits through this company if your not your only missing out for yourself.

Wonderful customer service team. Listened to what I needed and seemed to actually care. Super nice. Will 100% be reordering in the future. I’m thinking either Deadpool V3 or Yellowsuit Wolverine, maybe both.

What made my experience great was that the product was spot on. All of the accessories were included. The mask was perfect. Movie accurate in my opinion. I wanted to get the more expensive one. Like the movie, but the jumpsuit was on point. I got many compliments on it cause it really stood at and was just awesome. Thank you again for the amazing costume and I'll be getting more in the near future.

I was really happy with the quality of the jacket/pants! I also received my order in a very timely manner. However I would not recommend getting the boots, they were really uncomfortable.
