Terrible Customer service & haven't refunded my funds
Made a purchase & wasn't advised online how long it would take to deliver the item. Once I told the delivery date 10mins after purchase I called up this company to change the address as it was possible to receive the goods on the day they requested. Centralheat said they couldn't change the delivery address even though it hadn't left their premises, 4 working days later and have called them 4 times, they still haven't refunded me my money. I called my bank to ask what the process is and they said centralheat need to contact their bank to refund the money. After 4 days centralheat have not been able to do that, they have been promising me lots of time to call me back and when I call there is always some lie and that there is nothing they can do. Very disappointed in this company.

Great prices and speedy delivery
I use CentralHeat as my sole supplier for electrical underfloor heating equipment as their prices are better than anyone on the High St and they always manage to deliver within 48 hours of ordering.
