Attenti alla truffa!!!
Premetto che ci siamo trovati sempre bene con questo servizio.
Da alcuni mesi ho acquistato un pacchetto per controllare un dispositivo.
Da oggi scopro che molte funzionalità del servizio offerto sono state bloccate con la scusa di aver usato l'account per più dispositivi. Nonostante le mail al servizio assistenza, invitando loro a sistemare il disguido, rimangono della loro posizione ovvero che se vuoi sbloccare le funzionalità devi acquistare un pacchetto per 10 dispositivi al costo di 69 euro. Capite il gioco? Ti accusano di aver usato il servizio per più dispositivi e ti bloccano il servizio correttamente pagato e per lo sblocco ti ricattano con il pagamento per 10 dispositivi. Sono senza parole

Ormai è solo un pallido ricordo di ciò che era agli antipodi. Su Ipad tra l’altro non funziona; in merito alla licenza a vita sono stati scorretti, ma è una legge di mercato e io sono anni che rinnovo, ma è pien di bug, tanto per dire io ho diritto a 3 device ma non c’è modo di inserire l’ipad dove l’avevo installato (subito rimossa di corsa), anzi mi rimanda alla voce “vuoi acquistare altri dispositivi? Clicca qui! Come no, sto per cliccare, ormai (almeno per me) e’ ora di mollarla; alla scadenza non rinnovo la licenza, nemmeno se me la regalano.Poi, tanto per dirne un’altra, prima si poteva far in modo che l’app fosse invisibile se andavi all’apposita opzione, invece ora, l’icona fa bella mostra di se sui dispositivi; in pratica, viene vanificato lo scopo di tale app, che pur essendo discutibile l’ inserire tale Trojan, per le note leggi su la privacy, allora non reclamizzassero tali funzioni.E comunque le mie sono opinioni personali soggettive, può essere che qualcuno l’apprezzi ancora. Per me…No, no, non ci siamo…Ciao ciao Cerberus.

I paid for a lifetime license and today when I tried to log in I found out that the lifetime licenses were cancelled.
I contacted support and they tell me that I have to pay again, this is a scam.

Tech has always worked fine before, but I tried to log on today to check things were still working and "no device found" in the web app?
I've no idea how long I've had no protection against a lost phone. You only log on when you can't find your phone so it may have been well over a year!

I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 5 STARS, if the company didn't change up on me and want me to upgrade my subscription to a 10 device account when I only have 1 device and I purchased a life time subscription. So now they restricted my account and they are trying to get me go to pay an additional $44 which I will NOT be doing! Even though I love the app it isn't worth them blackmailing me into trying to get more $ out of me.

It was a good so until they went rogue and closed off accounts that previously had a lifetime license, there wasn't much of a message letting us know why they had changed direction. Which was catastrophic for their customers, very poorly handled and he has lost a lot of customers through this and danged their grand and reputation.

Leute, wenn Sie das Handy Ihres Sohnes/Ihrer Tochter überwachen möchten, wählen Sie nicht ceeberusapp! Am Anfang verlangen sie von Ihnen 5€ für ein Jahr, nach einer Weile (ein Monat) teilen sie Ihnen mit, dass Sie gegen die AGB oder TOS verstoßen haben, und verlangen von Ihnen das Zehnfache.

Suchen Sie nach ernsthafteren Alternativen und mit mehr funktionen.

Also Finger weg von cerberusapp.

Questa non è un'azienda!!!!

Gente, se volete sorvegliare il cellulare di vostro figlio/figlia, non scegliete ceeberusapp! All'inizio ti fanno pagare 5€ per un anno, dopo un po' (un mese) ti dicono che hai violato il TOS e ti fanno pagare 10 volte tanto.

Cercate per alternative più serie con più funzionalità.

Quindi via le mani da cerberusapp.

Folks, if you want to monitor your son/daughter's cell phone, don't choose ceeberusapp! At the beginning they charge you 5€ for a year, after a while (one month) they tell you that you have violated the TOS and they charge you 10 times as much.

Look for more serious alternatives with more features.

So hands off cerberusapp.

this guy is a professional liar! He sold me a lifetime subscription but only after one year and a half, he canceled my account and does not answer emails! Just to let other people know.

I can testify also that this app is a scam, nothing more. I paid for lifetime and now he closed my account without a word. Lifetime=lifetime. A word is a word. Obviously this thief is has no honor.

Peccato.....hanno perso secondo me una grande occasione perché l'applicazione ed il servizio in sé era veramente ottimo. Purtroppo hanno aiutato una politica scellerata, acquistato licenza a vita e poi cancellata arbitrariamente.
Contattata l'assistenza (alquanto inesistente) hanno ribadito che non esiste più. Stare lontani azienda poco seria.

Revoked Lifetime License Without Warning and Deleted Account.

Purchased lifetime license Sep. 2012. License magically revoked in 2019. Emailed in 2019, no response, emailed again in 2021, no response, emailed again Jan. 2023, no response. I have no access to my account as it appears to have been deleted, again with zero warning. If they want to change business models that fine, but to just revoke paid lifetime access with zero communication and then not respond to emails for 4 years is highly unethical. While this features of the service worked as advertised, I would not trust, nor support a company that offers a service, takes payment for that service then toss customers in the trash because they want to change business models.

Torno su Android da iOs e mi accorgo che la licenza a vita è stata cancellata. Pessima politica aziendale e peccato non ci siano mezzi, malgrado internet e tutte le diavolerie del 2023, per intentare una causa collettiva...

Like many people here I Also bought a lifetime subscription and then they canceled it and deleted my account. No response from the developers.stay away from cerberus, total scam

I really don't get why everybody is so upset about Cerberus changing their business model. It is by far the best app for this kind of functionality. I'm really happy to pay for it. Get over it people and appreciate that this thing at least does work as advertised.

I had a lifetime subscription back that i purchased in 2013. They revoked it without any notice. I am not able to use cerberus app now. Shame on the company and app

If you're looking for an antitheft app (or you're afraid to lose your device), this is the best one out there. I've been using it on 3 devices for about 2 or 3 years now.

This is because Cerberus decided to revoke lifetime licenses for a yearly subscription (quite cheap though).
Whether or not this decision is okay, this doesn't make the app any less useful.

This app have pretty much all the features you could want for its usage, especially compared to some known competitors.
