Impossible to trust a company that is cancelling pre-existing lifetime subscriptions.

Avevo acquistato una licenza a vita come altri utenti. Anche a me hanno tolto la licenza e in più non riesco più a loggarmi nel loro sito. Mi hanno cancellato pure l'account. Per niente seri e poco credibili. Non acquisterò manco un pacco di caramelle da voi.

I have been enjoying the app for over 5years because I purchased a lifetime subscription but surprisingly I can't login anymore or do anything to it. I later realized my lifetime subscription was a sham & scam.
Am now using 'where is my droid' app and it is ok.

i owned lifetime license long time ago, now stopped working, scammer, stay away! They are theft!

Comme tous le monde ici : ma licence achetée à vie il y a pas mal d'année a été supprimée en plus du compte supprimé également ..... ils veulent maintenant me faire payer 5€/an......, tant pis je laisse tomber cette appli, retrouver ma preuves d'achat et contacter la dgccrf.. Des arnaqueurs.

Their product is a scam, they sold it for a lifetime support and then ask for money, how to trust people like that, there is a special place in hell for scammers like them

Nel 2013 ho acquistato e pagato una licenza senza scadenza per questa app ma a dicembre dello scorso anno tale licenza mi è stata disattivata e nel contempo è stato reso inaccessibile il relativo account.
Alla mail che ho inviato loro oltre tre mesi fa (con in allegato la ricevuta di acquisto dell'app) non ho ricevuto alcun riscontro.
Se negli anni hanno deciso di modificare la loro politica commerciale mi sta bene ma potevano gestire meglio le licenze già in essere, licenze acquistate da persone che hanno palesemente contribuito a diffondere in modo così capillare questa app: per le vecchie licenze potevano non rilasciare più aggiornamenti oppure non implementare nuove funzioni, invece in modo del tutto unilaterale hanno deciso di disattivare delle licenze regolarmente pagate e tale politica commerciale a mio avviso è semplicemente vergognosa.

Dopo aver acquistato la licenza anni fa, la revocano e vogliono che paghi per un altra licenza. Che cosa ho acquistato anni fa????? Non è sicuramente un azienda seria.

Cerberus wouldn't let me login and instead offered for me to update the app. So I reinstalled it. I still couldn't login and get an email saying they will honour my lifetime subscription... And then another email to offer me a subscription as they are lying b*******s.

I then can't delete the app because it's a device admin. Despite never logging into it, it suddenly wants me to login in order to deactivate it as an admin device. So I try to login on that page and lo and behold I can suddenly login long enough to deactivate it and delete the filthy waste of my phone space.

The app may be ok but I have no faith in the business ethics of these people and will never use their products again, and potentially other companies' products if they hire them.

I got scammed over lifetime license, two years ago they send me email my lifetime license will never expire, clowns. Never ever buy anything from them!

Yet another user who has had a paid lifetime licence revoked. Will never use this company's products ever again.

Another lifetime license revoked. They even sent a message a few days earlier saying they would not cancel licenses, then they did.

As for that one guy who posted a 5* review say we are all fakes. Ummm no. Yours is the fake review.

A few years ago I bought a lifetime license. Last December I got an email saying my license is about to expire.
Tried logging in to my account just to find out it has been deleted!
DO not buy their product!!!
