Bought CSPS study guide and test question beginning of January with the intention of getting certification in 4 months and got a guide with jumbled text ,no table of contents and index in the middle of guide-queried this with Support and some of the responses were:

I would like to make a formal complaint on the quality of the APICS CSCP STUDY Guide!
The study guide is all mixed up with:
1. the index on the pages 6&7, 18&19 etc
2. there is no Table of Contents
3. basically there is no structure to the study guide!
4. The screen shot below show that the study guide starts with “in making decisions…” no table of contents no introduction on how one should read the study guide
I am really disappointed, I am requesting a refund so that I can get a better service elsewhere.
