It took four days for my package to be labeled to be mailed and then it sat in New Jersey for two weeks when I emailed customer support about it. They told me it was lost and I can get a refund. I’m asking for a refund right now and they’re telling me to email them back and wait for 24 hours.

Unfortunately, it appears as though our information regarding tracking was not entirely correct.
This was not lost, it was awaiting processing at our UK hub for dispatch to the US on the 10th of August, but that information was not showing until after our email thread concluded.
The order has now been located and will be with you by the 18th of August, according to USPS.
Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience and confusion.
