When I placed my first order I was happy with the product. Now that I have placed orders over the last couple of years I have come to the conclusion that they put in cheaper cheaper products. Just opened up a ring only to find out its worth only $10.00. The candle smell was there for only about 10 minutes if that. All I smell now is nothing. Very dissatisfied with the product. I could go to the dollar store and purchase a candle and buy a cheap ring for only pennies compared to what you are charging. I don't think I will be buying from you anytime soon. Will be letting family and friends know.

I revealed a ring with the following offensive appraisal code: "SEXKKK." I find the fact that this is being used as an appraisal code for multiple rings completely unacceptable. Such an oversight (manual or automated) is easily avoided. When I contacted the customer support chat I was met with avoidance and passive aggression. While they are replacing my ring (which didn't fit) I couldn't even be given the courtesy of a follow-up and in fact was told there was nothing wrong with the code. Really unacceptable customer service. Horrible quality assurance!!!

I have ordered these every year as gifts and always get myself one. Be careful everyone, mine had no bracelet in it and I hope the ones I gave away for gifts have the bracelet in them. I am still waiting to hear from the company on this. For the price they charge, I can get 4 to 6 good bath bombs with nothing in them, would never pay the price for just a bath bomb.

terrible shipping time took 5 weeks ordered in nov and only received today :( and one of the three candles i ordered was broken

I received a Minnie Mouse one for Christmas. Upon opening it I found a mickey lid and Minnie bottom. It was bought at a store. I Ontario all the stores are closed because of covid. So I used the chat on line. They were useless. So now I have to wait til a store opens again. What a pain.

Didn’t even want to give one star. Overpriced, abysmal shipping times with absolutely no communication or indication of how long it would take. I ordered on the 24th November, it’s now the 29th December and still nothing !! Do not waste your money, I have been conned.

I have ordered from them and they still have not shipped my order. My original email says that it will let me know when I can track my order but I have not received another email since showing my order has shipped. No communication at all.

I was a first time buyer on Nov 28th. Super excited for the special gifts I ordered for Christmas....but they have yet to come and Christmas has passed. I heard nothing from them, until I emailed inquiring about my order Dec 14th. And the disappointment set in there. They informed me that my items may not come before Christmas. And 2 days later I finally received a confirmation of my order. It has officially been a month since I've ordered and who knows if or when its coming. I've had orders from China come faster. Their warehouse is 2hrs away from where I live! I could have walked there and back by now! Needless to say, will not be ordering from there again. Such a disappointment.

Candles smell like plastic which is probably because they're soy and paraffin wax... So they burn with soot. I lit a candle I've had for a few months and it just smells like plastic and a little vanilla.
I find if I don't burn the candle within a few weeks all of the smell is gone and I'm left with paraffin smell.
The jewelry is definitely not worth what they appraise it for but I'm also not an idiot so I didn't fall for that. For a company who is established these candles are not worth a penny. Best part is the container they come in.

Ordered on nov 27 and was reassured after about 3 emailsthat I would get my order by Christmas it’s still not here their customer service is terrible I will never order from them again they had no issues charging my credit card the same day of the order but took over 3 weeks to ship

I got a bath bomb from here that was supposed to have a bracelet in it, it had nothing in it at all it was simply just a bath bomb. I'm hoping customer support will have a solution to this.

Edit: They are sending me a replacement bracelet and customer service handled it really well!

Love the product but unfortunately like many others I ordered December 3rd and it took 20 days to ship which means the order will not be here for Christmas. Very disappointed. Customer service was respectful but Covid hasn’t caused a 20 day delay for any other company I have ordered from.

Placed a order of bath bombs and candles back in November for xmas gifts and some were for my child's stocking and it said it would be here long before Xmas. We'll 2 days away and my delivery dates keep getting changed. Also went into the store location we have and the cashier was extremely rude. Will never buy from them again. We will see if my order actually shows up after xmas.

I placed an order for four items on decwmver 3rd 2020. I have had little to communication from the company and it's now december 23rd and I have little hope the gifts will arrive by Christmas. Not impressed at all. Will never buy from this store again.

Looks like I'm not the only one. My story is just like everyone else's. Ordered, paid for & now I patiently wait.
Excuses of Covid & shipping. What a poor excuse when other businesses are not having trouble shipping. Yes there has been a day or two delay, but nothing like Charmed Aroma is shelling out.
Liars & thieves are 2 things I do not like. Charmed Aroma you are the Christmas grinch of 2020!

Placed an order 11/27/20 and my VISA card was charged immediately. Shipping label was created 12/7/20 but NOTHING has shipped through any couriers listed. I'm so upset that I have been SCAMMED!!!!!!!!!!

L'expédition :
Personnellement, je n'ai pas eu de problème avec mes commandes. Effectivement l'attente entre le passage de la commande et l'envoie du colis est assez long (environ 2 semaines) mais il a toujours été comme cela. J'avais déjà commandé en 2018 et ca a toujours mis 2 semaines avant qu'on l'expédie.
Pour ma nouvelle commande, j'ai commandé le 22 novembre, il a été expédié le 3 décembre et je l'ai recu aujoud'hui. Effectivement avec la Covid ca n'aide pas mais il faut arreter de pleurer, car ''le colis met trop de temps a arriver''. Au prix où l'on paye ce n'est pas tant cher pour une bougie/ une bombe de bain avec en plus un bijou.

Les produits:
Je n'ai jamais été décu que ce soit des bougies ou des bombes de bain, idem pour les bijoux. De bonnes odeurs, des bijoux agréables. Que demander de plus ?

Soyez patient et indulgent!

I enjoyed giving my wife these candles and novelties as a gift at Xmas and birthdays. But over time the quality has gone down and the shipping and costumer service is deplorable. I ordered early November for Xmas and it did t arrive. Worse yet to appease my inquiry as to where it was they made a shipping label and put it off on the postal company. When I called the postal company I was told no package was sent just a shipping label made. They offered me a whole ten percent off. Wow thanks. Dint waste your time there other better quality jewelry candles out there with a culture of costumer service.

Ordered Nov 30th hasn’t even shipped yet. Perfect for Christmas right?. What company actually charges before items ship no proper customer service. Requested to cancel my order so I can just grab from the store and nothing totally unorganized. Need to hire some experienced ecom staff? Lost some loyal clients.

Very good to collect money but so bad customer service. I ordered on Dec 5 2020. They charge on my card. They didn’t respond the excuse is the Covid. Is not excuse because other company’s like JockPot candles already send and Gold Canyon too. This is my first time and the last one to order something from this company. No emails no contact us. Wow in 2020 with this customer service?
