Placed an order on 12/3 and they said I would receive by 12/25. I received an email on 12/19 saying expect shipping delays because of Covid. The issue is they haven't even shipped the products but are blaming post and Covid.

I placed an order a month ago. After a month I had still not received shipping info. When I asked for shopping info I was told they could not provide an exact delivery date. So I asked for immediate cancellation of my order. There response was to provide shipping info, but that was a week ago and other than a shipping label, no information re: deliver has been provided. I will never order from this site again.

THEY BLAME SHIPPING ON CANADA POST AND COVID. UNACCEPTABLE STILL WAITING FOR MY REPLACEMENT FROM A MONTH AGO, WAS TOLD IT WAS SHIPPED THEN IN ANOTHER EMAILS WEEKS LATER IT HASNT EVEN LEFT THE WAREHOUSE.

Placed an order on December 3, 2020 and it is now December 18, 2020. Spoke with this company's online chat service and they refused to cancel my order and refund me regardless of the fact that they haven't even shipped my order out to me yet. Apparently I need to wait for them to ship my order to me, actually receive it (if that even happens), and then I can send it back? Completely ridiculous and makes no utter sense whatsoever! I think they are making this process unintentionally hard for the consumer in a bid not to have make any refunds at all.

A well recognized company such as Charmed Aroma shouldn’t just invest in a marketing team but as well as proper customer service team. They wouldn’t be receiving such backlash from consumers if concerns and emails were ACTUALLY answered - in a timely manner AND not with a generic copy pasted response that doesn’t even address or answer the consumers question.

They literally posted a over due statement a few days ago - meanwhile their marketing team have been continuously advertising new promotions and over promising us, knowing that they lack the inventory.

Higher management should really look into whoever is responsible for their inventory count as consumers are able to purchase products that they are sold out of. Meanwhile the customer is under the impression their order is being processed - only to find out weeks later their order in fact has been cancelled and they now need to wait to be issued a refund.

Their refund policy is honestly mind blowing and all part of a marketing scheme. They take your payment right away and refuse to cancel your order regardless if it hasn’t even been processed. They tell you they’ll provide you with a return shipping label - which ends up costing you more then the product itself.

I understand it’s the holidays but it seems like every other business, smaller or larger have been able to keep up with their demand and get their orders out.

That being said they’ve been informing customer that their orders have been shipped when in fact they’ve been creating electronic shipping labels and not actually shipping them all out. And if they are shipped out customers are receiving them damaged because of them being so poorly packaged.

When they’re not blaming delays on the shipping companies they blame it on a pandemic we’ve been facing for over a year now.

Their Instagram and Facebook page is flooding with negative reviews. And if you look them up on BBB- their once perfect score is now ruined. The fact of the matter is we are facing a pandemic we can’t control and we are now looking at yet again another lockdown - I highly doubt the government is going to see scented candles as a essential therefore CA source of income and future relies on their online sales.

That being all said, the company really needs to step up, start taking ownership and higher management needs to look at restructuring a proper team. They’re losing a lot of lucrative business over a poorly handled situation.

Wish you could give ZERO stars. What a mickey mouse operation. I placed my order 2 weeks ago and it has not left the warehouse. They blame it on Canada Post. That is a load of crap because Canada Post has been delivering to me from other companies within a day or two. These guys either don't understand logistics or are a scam.

BTW, ordered from STERLING CANDLE the same day. I have received that order today....meanwhile at Charmed Aroma....has not left the warehouse.

I placed an order spending over $130 on December 3rd 2020. They still haven’t even sent the product from their warehouse and it’s December 17th. Had to email 3 times to receive a reply and they will not give me a refund. They said I have to send the package back (at my own shipping cost) once I receive it for a refund! When they got back to me, they blamed Canada Post and COVID for being behind but #1. They haven’t even shipped it for Canada Post to pick up and #2. This is the second time over ordered from them and it was the same issue last year when there was no covid. Don't order if you want it shipped in a timely manner!

I ordered the mermaid dreams bath bomb. I'm so disappointed. I was sent the wrong ring size, I had ordered a size 7 and received an 8. I did not return it because return shipping is more expensive than the product itself. The ring, it isn't even similar to the ones pictured. I understand it says, " these are just a few rings you can get". The ring I got isn't even the same type. I dislike and do not wear the horseshoe style rings. This is my first time ordering and I'm not happy with my purchase at all. I am on a tight budget and rarely order things for myself, this is a huge let down. I am incredibly disappointed.

Awful, hidden charges, product not worth the price paid, just a wrap of paper around a normal candle and then customs and handling fees outside US is not made clear. Think all in all paid £70 for a candle I could have got for a teener from tescos!!! Customer service also awful and rude

Placed an order from Canada Dec 1, 2020. No shipping as of yet. Got an email stating one of the candles is no longer available so they refunded my money. I am worried I will have no candles for Christmas . I will never, ever, ever order from Charmed Aroma. Nor will I buy from their store. I emailed them and got an automated email back. Total BS. I think I will stick with Yankee Candle and buy a cheap necklace, to save the aggravation.

Order placed 3 1/2 weeks ago and still not shipped, yet they have the money.
Terrible customer service, no help at all.

Would have got no stars but it’s not an option. Been waiting over 5 weeks now for an order. Then been contacted by courier for customs fees. They don’t respond to emails and just ignore you. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. massively unorganised, parcels not dispatched for weeks and then incorrectly packaged meaning customers must pay the customs charges. Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not waste your money here

If ordering outside of the US beware the customs charge, two already overpriced bath bombs cost me £42. When I found out a couple days later and emailed to cancel, they said it’s too far in the processing, yet took an extra 3 weeks to finish and finally got the shipping email. Was told I would only be refunded a fraction of what I paid, TERRIBLE customer service and took over a month to come.

The northern lights one smelt nice and fruity but the packaging let it down (better packaging for a Wilko one for £1). Royal Essence came within a week, cheaper prices and beautiful jewellery, if in the UK this company is much more worth it.

I placed an order for charmed aroma 3 weeks ago and just got my order today.
I purchased 4 items and only received one item which wasn’t even part of what I ordered!!! I got a penguin candle which I didn’t order and zero out of my three bath bombs. They charged my credit card $65!
I will never be ordering from them again!

Bisher eigentlich zufrieden da ich einmal bestellt habe und die Bestellung innerhalb von 7 Tagen bei mir war. Allerdings gebe ich keine volle Punktzahl, 1. Weil es keine genauen Angaben gibt. 2. Weil ich seit über einem Monat auf meine Bestellung warte, und es keinen Ansprechpartner gibt. Ich hoffe das Paket kommt noch dann werde ich eine neue Bewertung schreiben

I ordered 4 candles and got an order number but been 2 weeks and no shipping updates nothing but they took a payment. I’ve emailed them and I just get an automated email back.

I went to the New Sudbury center location in Ontario and bought a oatmeal vanilla bath bomb size 7. Doesn’t even fit me. Not only that, the appraisal code was invalid. I usually have no problems with this company. So Im pretty put off by this. Hoping it’s not happening to other people.

Bought from Canada, where this company is located. Shipping was quick, and free with my purchase after $55. Bought 3 bath bombs they all had the exact same cheap crappy neckless in all 3 bath bombs. Not buying again.
