Beware - awful customer service.
Daughter order two items mid January. Nothing received and all messages and emails have been ignored. Terrible way to treat customers.

Five stars ✨
Ordered a nendoroid for the first time ever from Charming sushi and I can happily say that there were no problems! Payment was straight forward, delivery was fast and they even included a little card saying that they hope I enjoy the nendoroid! Very sweet and thoughtful. Will 100% be buying from them again at some point! Highly recommend :)

Great
The package came safely and secured. Got exactly what I wanted and the figure is just like the image and well detailed. Communication and any shipping updates weren't that good and could be improved. Thank you!

Highly Recommend. I would order again
It's been almost two weeks since I ordered, so I contacted Elizebeth. I know it's difficult, especially during these times. She was very apologetic and added a little gift. Her communication has been excellent. I would order again, thank you!
*Notes*
I will say that it might be better messaging over Instagram as Elizebeth is super fast at replying. Also, check for updates on Facebook :D

Service was brilliant
Service was brilliant. I had ordered and then later emailed about the delivery date. I then got an email shortly after asking if I needed my package to arrive sooner and if I did Elizabeth could prioritize me. Everything arrived without a problem and will definitely be ordering from CharmingSushi again.
