Quick impressive delivery, competent back-up

Following issues with my wood turning lathe i contacted Charnwood customer services for advice. Andy was extremely helpful and resulted in my decision to purchase replacement motor. Arrived within days, however it experienced a fault. On reporting this, a replacement was provided free of charge. Again this arrived within a number of days. Contact was maintained to ensure customer satisfaction. Very professional service !

Excellent purchase the planner thicknesser is absolutely brilliant I did make one small modification after watching a video that they was having trouble positioning the fence and it's just a matter of changing the penny washers on the clamps two larger washers job sorted 100% .
Knowledgeable and friendly staff the whole experience was top rated will definitely be using this company again

The four pronged drive is superbly designed and manufactured, ideal for when a stub centre doesn’t drive well enough.
The standard of machining is superior to some of the other pronged drives available. At a competitive cost the product was well packaged, arrived undamaged and in a good time frame. A must when a positive drive is essential.
