I'm pretty sure this is my first time buying an airline ticket from this company and this is a very important trip for me. When I first got on the site I was surprised at how affordable the flights were. I had some trouble solidifying my itinerary and I gave up. It was late at night and I was exhausted from work.

In the morning I got a call from 'Cheapflights' representative, Danny! I was still a little frustrated and crabby about it but Danny did not change his friendly and calm demeanor. He was so kind and patient with me and he changed my whole mood to a positive one. He already the details of the flights I was trying to book and I let him know I had a meeting in a few minutes so he got the necessary info he needed to assist me while I was busy and informed me that he would be working on it for me. He did exactly that! He let me know what to expect next in the process and it happened just like he said it would! I was elated! Thank you Danny!!! You are my forever travel guide. Highly recommend this company and my new buddy Danny!

Frank was very helpful and communicated well by keeping me up to date on when my tickets would be emailed. Not sure that I would use this site again. I booked 3 flights based on price shown. I received a phone call that requested I call. One flight went through. The other two flights suddenly weren’t what was shown. One flight went up $176 and the other went up $180. I have never had to wait 4 days to receive confirmation that my flight was “approved”. I did save money on flights compared to what is listed on Delta’s site. But, I feel that this site posts prices that are not accurate. If I had taken the time to read a long list of similar experiences on BBB, I probably would have gone elsewhere.

There needs to be a lot more price transparency on the site. Alluding to cheaper fares when you’re going to turn around and charge the same amount as booking through the airline is misleading. When I asked if this could be remedied at all, I was told this is just how it is and to avoid merchant fee. Frank blew up my phone and e-mail multiple times a day as my bank had an issuing thinking this was a fraudulent charge- I was beginning to think that to. Seems like my tickets are in order now but I still feel scammed and will not be recommending this service to anyone. I will go out of my way to tell my friends and family to avoid Cheap Best Fares at all costs.

Jose, was very professional and got us the best price on air fares. Everything was booked and great flights, Jose did an absolute perfect job!!! He should get 10 stars!!

I got exactly what I was looking for to book my flight. Thanks to my customer service travel expert, he was able to find me a good deal on airline airfare. He was also very polite the whole time during our phone conversation to book my flight and I’m very happy and very pleased with the itinerary and flight details I received for my trip. My questions about the flight he booked for me were also answered clearly. I gave this review a 5 star rating because the customer service agent who helped me book a flight exceeded my expectations.

This is the first time that I've used a discount travel service. I was disappointed that we did not get the initial fare that was advertised; however, Kendall Holand was very helpful in trying to get us the best fare possible. He diligently and consistently insured in every possible that our flight plans were arranged successfully. Thanks, Kendall! I will call you for our future travel needs.

Great experience overall. My representative Danny was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions before I booked my ticket. His communication was excellent and he kept me in the loop the whole time. Saved me $800 on my flight! I will definitely be using this service again.

Do not use this site. Booked my flights, got a call 30 minutes later saying I must upgrade because my return flight was full and it would cost 350.00 more than original flight that was booked. I looked online and there were plenty of seats for my original time. This is the old bait and switch! They get you there but costs more than double to get you home.
I am trying to report them now.
Is this even a legit company?

Excellent custom service for flight change notification. Full disclosure of financial impact & options. Transaction processed while still on the phone. No holding. Left a detailed voicemail to me explaining what was happening. No holding when I called back.
