Really bad quality! The straps are cheap but not even worth the asked price!

I Bought several straps on the 2nd of March, the straps eventually arrived but one of those was the wrong size (their mistake)... so i sent them an email and i shipped back the wrong strap at my expense... They left the strap at the post office until today (for 24 days) without collecting that and now the swedish post are going to send back the strap to the UK...

So, waste of money... absolutely ridiculous company!!

Hello, I am based in UK and purchased 5 straps - 4 suede 18mm and one fabric 20mm. I was nervous after ordering them and then reading some of these reviews!! BUT the emails from CNS were prompt and informative and the package arrive 10 days after the email from CNS infored me that the straps had been sent. The quality of the straps are very good for the money especially the fabric strap and I would recommend this company

Absolute shambles and a disgrace

They shipped my straps to me in my country but nothing was arriving. I chased every few weeks but kept getting told I have to wait wait wait.

Eventually I got a message saying the straps had been returned and these guys asked me again to pay for shipping ‘because my address was wrong’. I checked the address they had - it was already correct!

This is so frustrating as I had asked at least 4 or 5 times ‘please give me the tracking number so I can go and check at my customs’ but these morons refused.

Then, the best part of all, at the end when I told them the address is already correct so I cannot ‘update it’ they told me ‘ok but it’s been 6 months now so we can’t refund you’
!!!!!

It’s only been 6 months because these fools didn’t give me the tracking number and told me to wait every time I chased it!!

They’re absolute scam artist disgraceful scum. Stay away. Do not risk it. Use Ali express. I got my straps all the way from China much faster than these useful fools could manage - and using the same address.

My rating is one star because I cannot put less.
My experience and simple I ordered a NATO strap which broke after an hour.
Even the NATO straps that I buy from Aliexpress are of better quality.
the same day I expressed my dissatisfaction to the site, which apologized for it.
to compensate me they offered to send me a new Nato within the minute.
several months have passed since this bad experience and I still haven't received anything from them despite my reminders.

If we had to sum up deplorable quality products deplorable quality after-sales service.

I will never buy anything from these people again. It’s been 4 months since I placed an order for 5 straps, they charged me extra shipping for a tracking number that isn’t even able to be tracked in my country, and refuse to open any sort of investigation or refund me my money after all this time.

Completely unacceptable business practice and I’ll strongly discourage anyone from ever using these people. Should’ve realized what I was in for from a company that advertises in their own name how cheap they are.

One of the leather straps had a quality problem. It broke in less than 24h. I wrote them and told me that they are going to send a new one. And I'm still waiting...

3 éme commande passėe chez eux. Temps de livraison dans la moyenne (+/- 7 jours). Produits d'un très bon
rapport qualité prix: les cuirs tiennent dans le temps ( pas de craquelures, de décollement, cela après 3 ans, en prėcisant que j'ai plusieurs montres & bracelets, et que je change rėgulierement, d'où une usure moins rapide), les natos premier prix sont juste soudės, moyennement ajustės, mais ne cassent pas (5 euros!)! Je recommande néanmoins les natos Premium, beaucoup plus qualitatifs (avec couture, bien ajustés) presque comparable aux Zuludivers ou Geckota de la boutique 'WatchGecko, les meilleurs å ma connaissance, mais pour le double du prix. Le rapport qualité/prix pour les uns comme pour les autres reste excellent (+/- 10 euros pour les cheapest, +/- 20 pour les zuludivers & geckota), sachant qu'ils durent plusieurs années! De plus, le choix pour les cuirs comme pour les natos & autres jubilé, marine, ect... est plėthorique! Les boucles ardillon ne sont pas terrible sur les bracelets à +/- 11 euros mais font le job sans casses. Elles sont nettement plus qualitatives sur les bracelets plus chers. Pour conclure, je dirais que pour celui qui ne veut pas mettre 50euros dans un bracelet montre sûrement qualitatif. Il pourra les mettre dans 5 bracelets chez Cheapestnato & il en aura pour son argent!

Envoi rapide en France : c’est parfait à ce niveau-là. (Reçu en une semaine une semaine et demie)

Les NATO ne sont pas chères et la qualité assez moyenne, mais pour le prix je ne trouve pas ça déconnant (5 à 10 balles).
En revanche la qualité des bracelets en cuir est lamentable. Les deux que j’ai reçus sont des bandes de cuir collées l’une avec l’autre qui se décollent dès le début pour le premier et après quelques jours pour le second… À fuir donc pour les bracelets en cuir !

En résumé je recommande pour du NATO car il y a de nombreux choix de bracelets, la qualité est convenable, autant pour du cuir allez clairement voir ailleurs…

2 commandes chez eux, toutes deux se sont très bien passées.
Pour le prix, bracelets de qualité tout a fait convenable, et le choix est pléthorique.

The nylon and leather Nato straps are of decent quality for a very reasonable price. However, the two piece leather straps offered from them are of very low quality. I've ordered various pairs of two piece straps and they all arrived damaged or fall apart within weeks of use. Recommend their Nato straps but nothing else from their range.

I've ordered from them twice, but never again. In both instances -- a NATO and two tropics -- the quality was sub-standard. There's a reason they're so cheap -- they're garbage.

I bought a beautiful leather nato strap. It looks amazing. It completely changed the look of my watch. It arrived in Romania in about 10 days because I chose the cheapest delivery (with tracking).
I am fully satisfied and I will place another order very soon.

Bonne expérience, large choix de bracelets sur leur site internet pour une montre Yema Navygraf Heritage avec entrecorne de 19mm !
Finitions correctes. Surpiqûres cousues à la machine ton sur ton, pompes sans outil. Modèle "Monza Oak - 19mm". Commande effectuée le 09/01 et reçu le 18/01 en parfait état.
En effet le site est en dollar, la commande part de Suède et transite en Allemagne. Ce n'est pas gênant.
14,28$ soit 14,99€ prélevés sachant qu'aucun autre site ne fait ce modèle de bracelet.

Deux choses peuvent déranger:
- l'odeur du "neuf" du bracelet
- la boucle ardillon qui n'est pas en acier plein

Used these guys a few times now and have had very positive experiences. They got in touch with me to let me know one of the straps was sold out in the requested size so I selected a different option , no problem. Straps are decent for the price and my order arrived just after a week. All in all very pleased and would recommend

Cheapest nato straps has the most inferior customer service staffs I've ever experienced. When requested for return/exchange for faulty item, the customer service does not know how to ask politely to take other photos but they rather ridicule you and pretty much call you a liar. I've resent photos and they confirmed they've sent wrong size & faulty item. They've sent wrong spring bars installed in the leather straps I've ordered. When I asked them if they can send me different ones at extra cost because the straps are pretty much useless to me, they just told me to ship it back at my expense. They could've told me they can send me new spring bars and have me install them ( did not know I could do that) but instead they again decided to ridicule me. Inferior customer service and crappy finishing & packaging team all together makes it very unpleasant experience. I wish I could give them no star.

I ordered three straps. I got the three straps I ordered. I paid extra for tracking. I could track the package online. The straps arrived eight days after I ordered them. The straps are good value for money, and the communications was good. So, all in all a smooth transaction, hence the award of 5 STARS.

Very well done! Amazing price and fast shipping. A must have for any watch enthusiast. I purchased 5 of the paratrooper straps and 2 of the NASA. I am will be purchasing many more! God Bless.

The straps were all the ones I selected and the right size (19mm)! Highly recommend shipping with DHL, even if it's a bit more expensive, it took 5 business days which was nice. The straps were a bit stiff but I guess you get what you pay for, would buy again if on sale.

ATTENTION: very poor quality. When I returned, an attempt was made to delay the refund. I only got my money back via Paypal buyer protection.
