Purchased a strap at end of last year and it never came, couldn’t find a way to contact them. Do not buy anything from this scam website!!

Unacceptable customer service.

Given that they ship the wrong pins along with the wristbands and then refuses a to ship the correct ones i do not advise anyone to shop here ever again. That a company has this bad customerservice in 2020 is beyond me.

Rather shop from serious shops whom actually cares to ship the correct items and fixes the problems that may occur of their own faults.

Purchased a number of various straps quite a few times from this seller.
Always had excellent service, products have been good and the delivery's have always arrived in good time.

If i could give 0 stars i would. have been waiting 10 weeks... nothing!!!!
contacted them numerous times and was told to wait 45 'working' days. up to 55 'working' days (ie 68 days).
am fairly convinced I won't ever receive this order so am writing off the money for 3 straps.

Worst service, sends the wrong size. Says that it is completely normal when the ribbons are handmade. Refuses to send new. Customer service comes up with excuses. Avoid

Never received order. Terrible customer service that provided plenty of excuses and most likely never even shipped the order. Non-responsive after I request a resolution. Avoid them !!

I ordered for some straps in August, did not receive them, contacted cheapestnatostraps several times and complained about the same, they just kept telling me to contact my local p.o., the p.o. told me that they hadn't received the package.Now when I contacted cheapestnatostraps they are non responsive and have washed their hands of it.They are cheap cheats, please stay away, there is no guarantee that you will receive your order.

I am not sure why Cheapest NATO Straps currently has a such low rating so I'm giving it a 5 Stars review because my order was just Top Notch. Ordered on the 29th of September, shipped on the 30th and received here in Switzerland on the 6th October 2020 (I had to pick it up on today on 7th because Postal Services here messed up but that's fine) so basically a week to get it which is completely fine since the delivery is either 2$ or 4$ for added tracking which I chose to be safe.

I took the risk because this is the only website with a Black / Creme / Orange NATO strap for an affordable price that ships to Switzerland and I'm glad I have found it. The 3 NATO straps that arrived are all nice, I don't get what people expect when the website is literally called "CHEAPEST" NATO Straps, they are great quality for the price. The standard hardware does feel a bit cheap but some of the other ones have this nicely brushed hardware that feels and looks a lot more expensive than it does. It's basically the same quality I got from another website that sells NATO for a bit more so this is great. I will definitely order my next Vintage Tropical strap from them since those are only 15$ too.

Please bare in mind that these reviews are bad because of either the quality of the straps for people that are too demanding and ordering on a cheap strap store or people that got whiny about their package deliveries during a worldwide pandemic that Cheapest NATO Straps and Postal Services had to deal with too. I hope my review has been helpful.

I have waited more than 5 months to receive 3 pieces of fabric. CNS blames COVID restrictions on poor shipment times, but I have received multiple other items in Australia from other retaillers from America and had no issues there.

I'd probably have better luck if CNS just stuck the straps in a glass bottle and threw it into the pacific ocean.

I’d give them no stars if I could... ordered 5 straps on July 13th. Ship two days later and I still haven’t received anything. Company just blames COVID for shipping delays. Not waiting any longer and will launch PayPal claim. Pathetic service... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHAMBOLIC SELLER!

Great prices and fast delivery, which came under a week and a half

Very poor shipping times, claiming 60 days to ship 5 watch straps! And using current pandemic as an excuse. Customer service is terrible, very arrogant and unprofessional. Be warned to buy from this site, stay far away...

They used to make quality natos A few years ago with stitching to hold the hardware in place, now it’s just laminated with glue. Nothing in the description tells you the changed the product but they’re complete trash now. Do not waste your mo yea on those laminated straps, they don’t hold up and are a risk if you have a decent watch

Good quality nato straps to very good prices. I live in the country where the straps are shipped from and shipping time was 6 days. 2-3 days are normal, but anything under a week is still ok. I have not been in contact with customer service so I cannot tell how good or bad it is.

Was skeptical because price is soo low. Boy was I shocked order git to California In about 3 weeks. Good quality. Very happy will buy again.

Customer service sucks! I’ve ordered my straps last March 22 and until today I haven’t gotten any package. Understandable perhaps due to COVID but last June 17 they said they will send a replacement package but that also hasn’t arrived until today (August 28). After several email exchanges, they have denied me my request for refunds as well as my request to ship to a different address. They have even claimed the reason why the replacement package hasn’t arrived is due to the fact that they’ve only shipped it last July 22. After questioning why it took an extra month for them to ship, they have responded by avoiding accountability for the delay and have even tried to twist facts... pathetic and disappointing!

Never received, claim to be in Sweeden but more than likely a seller in China.
Support never resolved the issue and never got back to me with a response.
Do not waste your time.

J'ai commandé deux bracelets récemment et je peux faire un avis plus précis sur leurs bracelets. Le nom du site indique effectivement que leurs bracelets seraient de qualité basique ou de basse qualité. Pour ma part ils sont de bonnes qualité. En fonction de la couleur du bracelet, la qualité est différente. Mes deux derniers achats sont deux bracelets gris, le Paratrooper Strap (gris clair) et le Marine Nationale (gris foncé). Le Paratrooper Strap est plus fin donc et le Marine Nationale est plus épais. Pareil avec un autre bracelet, le Paratrooper Strap modèle Regatta qui est plus épais. Donc certains bracelets sont plus fins en fonction de la couleur. Personnellement pour ce genre de bracelet, je privilégie un bracelet plus épais ce qui fait que le modèle Marine Nationale est mon bracelet principale.
