Ordered a strap 2-3 months ago and never received & can’t get in contact with this horrible company! Do not order from here!

Ordered leather and NATO straps from them. Shipping took about 3 weeks from Sweden to USA. I was honestly quite impressed with the straps. The leather is very soft and good quality, and conforms to your wrist nicely without any break-in, plus the leather straps came with quick release spring bars. The nylon NATO straps are very nice as well but I do have some NATO straps from other websites that do feel a bit nicer, but honestly for the money you can’t go wrong with theirs. There is a lot of negative reviews on trustpilot, but honestly if you don’t mind waiting a few weeks to receive the straps, it was worth the wait. Plus their prices are cheapest I’ve seen compared to any other site (hence the name) and I hope they always continue down that path because that’s what sets them apart from websites that offer the same straps 4-5 times more in price. I was worried the quality wouldn’t be there, but I honestly am very happy. I even emailed them about tracking since if you pick the basic shipping, it doesn’t come with tracking, but they emailed back within a few days and assured me the straps would show up. All in all a good experience for me and I will be ordering more.

Subpar e-commerce experience:
I received an oversized strap which I have to pay shipping to exchange. Instead of exchanging the item as agreed, I'm given a refund minus shipping and expected to re-order and pay shipping for the third time. Buy from a reputable shop instead.

Ordered 6 straps 22mm some of the 5 dollar types and some of the more expensive types. I was very please with the quality of 5 of them, but the one I found on sale had a different colour on their picture and the strap was to thick so you couldn't fit it up and down under the last buckle. Ordered on 15th of July and the straps arrived at my local post office in Norway on the 28th of July.

Edit: after contacting customer service, the strap I got was wrong, and they sent me the correct one for free!

Elendig service. Jeg bestiller to natoremme, som aldrig dukker op hos mig, men returneres til afsender. Jeg kontakter dem over mail, hvorefter de kræver at jeg betaler for at varen sendes igen. Jeg nægter at betale for at få fragtet pakken igen og beder om fuld refusion, da jeg ikke mener at det på nogen måde kan være min skyld at pakken returneres når adressen er korrekt . Jeg får pengene tilbage for produktet, men ikke fragten. Nu står jeg tilbage og har betalt for fragt for et produkt jeg aldrig har modtaget og nu har fået refunderet.

I should've expected a horrible experience and product from a company with the word "cheapest" in their title, so I don't know what I was really thinking ordering from these guys.

Once your order ships, they quite plainly state in their notification email that you're SOL if you expect to be able to track the package. I've never seen a company so unconcerned with the shipping process like these guys are. In a way, it's kind of impressive.

Fast forward more than two weeks and the package finally arrives. I ordered two marine nationale straps and guess what? They're defective. Like another reviewer had mentioned, they messed up the production of the strap itself so you can't even fit it correctly. Quality control? Yeah, Cheapest Nato Straps doesn't have any time for that.

I will never again order from this poor excuse of a company and I will make it my life's mission from here on out to take away any and all business this company may have in the future.

Alors déja service client inexistant réponse par mail très évasive voir pas de réponse.

Temps d'expédition et de livraison long pour ne pas dire très long.

Bracelets effectivement cheapest. Pas horrible mais les finitions sont de qualité très médiocre. Trop cher en temps normal par rapport à la qualité par exemple sur leur nato ajustable.
En revanche ça vaut bien le coup lorsqu'il y à des soldes avec au moins 50% de remise.

Chose questionnable les bracelets sont expédié de suède, sur leur page facebook l'entreprise est basée en Suède mais sur leur site tout est en dollar et au payement il semblerait que seul les etats unis soit exempté de taxe de douane comme si finalement le siège de l'entreprise etait aux états unis.

Ordered 3 straps on 7/5/20, shipped on 20/5/20 with tracked post, tracking showed entered country 26th may, emailed 2nd week of June As not received, got told the delivery is on its way back to them, asked for refund got told would have to wait until they receive goods back, emailed a week later and again told not back to them yet return to sender not a priority and will contact me when they receive it !! Had enough opening a dispute with PayPal !!!

I wanted to give a review of my recent experience as there are a number of negative reviews that do not replicate my experience. I should say that I live in the UK, I do not know where the other review writers are based.

I have used Cheap Nato Straps a number of times and they have arrived within reasonable time. The most recent purchase was made on the 16.06.2020, shipped on 17.06.2020 and received today 25.06.2020.

The NATO strap I ordered is exactly what I wanted and the quality reflects the price paid. I certainly could not find the same item for less or at all in-fact. (21mm Nato strap tricolour)

Købte en deluxe Seat Belt natorem i grå. Da den ankom var der tydelige pletter og kvaliteten langt fra deluxe. Bad om refundering og fik at vide at jeg kunne sende den retur og få pengene retur. Men jeg har så selv skullet betale for 2 gange shipping, hvilket svarer til nærmest remmens pris. Ingen anerkendelse af fejlen. Rigtig dårlig service og sidste gang jeg køber der.

I purchased over the Covid 19 period after their call out to support their business over this difficult period. I purchased a mix of premium nylon natos and the Marine Nationale straps. The natos were fine, but the chrome buckles felt cheap, but not complaining due to the low price.
Avoid the Marine Nationale straps. Buckles sewn in the wrong places, it's simply impossible to wear comfortably. If I was to be brutally honest I think their supplier cocked up and the stock currently on sale should actually be in the reject bin. Disappointed.

Great NATO straps. Trash service. I sent back a return (over $50 worth of products) and had to pay for postage, and now they won't answer my emails. Such a joke.

Terrible service and not worth your time. I ordered 2 straps a month back and I have NOT receive it! I reached out to them and like the rest that have posted here, the response was pure arrogance. I got tired of waiting and ordered the same strap from another vendor. I paid the new vendor slightly more but got the straps way faster. Not worth to order from CheapestNato to just save a few bucks. There are many more superb strap sellers that are more reliable with equally competitive price. Cheapest NATO, as the name already tells you, it’s cheap. We all deserve better. Don’t order from them.

Please do not buy from them! 2.5 weeks after purchase date I followed up and was advised that items were still not sent. Almost 2 months later, I still have not received the items. Asked for refund and was given excuses.

Have ordered 2 fancy graphic ones from Cheapest NATO Straps.
It took just 10 days to receive them, and paid just 2 $ for shipping to Ireland.

Purchased 5 straps on 12/04/2020 and still haven't got it. Emailed them and just blamed COVID 19. Asked for a full refund as i don't believe they even shipped it. Do not buy from here

Ordered 5 straps 29th of March. Today is the 6th of June, 10 weeks later and my straps still haven't arrived. I mailed them about it and the only response I got was that I should've picked shipping WITH tracking instead.

This is unhelpful and frankly even a bit arrogant. I reckon they didn't even send it out yet. I understand there's a pandemic going on, but even packages from China arrive faster.

I will never deal with these guys ever again ,waited nearly 2 months to receive my 2 straps order , finally when it gets here the quality is very poor , the edges are like melted and rough sharp , looks like it was made in a basement by a 12 year old, I would prefer to pay more $$ and get something with more quality .
BUYER BEWARE.

Very bad customer service, i placed an order for 3 straps, had the confirmation email, order will be shipped within 24 hours, nearly 3 weeks later nothing, sent them an email to confirm it had been sent, next had a reply which said one of the straps was out of stock, i asked them why it had taken an email from me and 3 weeks to let me know? had a reply would i like a refund for the out of stock strap, and they would dispatch the other 2, i said no thanks i would prefer a refund for all 3 and shove your straps where the sun dont shine, very poor service and very arrogant attitude when you start asking questions, Avoid at all costs!
