Cheapest NATO Straps Reviews 

I really wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered. In March I ordered 3 leather straps
from Cheapest NATO straps. Their location was not visible on the website and it wasn’t until I ordered that I found out they are based in Sweden.

Nothing against Sweden, beautiful country.

A couple of weeks later I lodged another order for more straps. I assumed I would see the first order shortly. That wasn’t the case.

I understand COVID has placed great demands on international mail but it took almost 2 months to receive the first order. When the package arrived it was in a basic white padded bag which was open at one end. I was shocked to find the straps still in the package.

First impression of the straps was not great. They are not of great quality. After wearing one for a couple of days, there is obvious wear and cracking around the hole. The clasp is cheaply made, thin metal and to be honest I am expecting it to fail at some point. The stamp is also very short for an adult male wrist.

I have not seen the second package yet although I see that the website is still up.

I have since ordered more expensive and hopefully better quality straps elsewhere. Honestly, save your money..

This is one of the worse companies I've come across, I would've given zero stars if I could!

I placed an order, and it didn't arrive. I sent an email, but got an automated reply. Sent another email, and they said it would take weeks to arrive because it looks like they can't cope. I sent another email asking why I wasn't told about the delays when I ordered, and why no one has contacted me? They cancelled the order without asking me - it seems they don't like people complaining!

You have to do some digging, but they are based in Stockholm, and the company is run by a girl called Sofie, who's arrogant, and has a very bad attitude.

They are still taking customer orders, but they simply can't cope, and this is not made clear, because they don't give a damn! At least I got a refund, other people haven't received their orders yet. Maybe they never will?

I should have checked the reviews first - stay clear of this company!

April 6, placed order.
April 16, wrote to ask if they received the order. No response. Found out they are in Europe! They should mention that in their website.
April 23, get a notice order had shipped.
May 16, order nowhere to be found. Waste of money. Ordered new straps from ebay.

I hate being ripped off.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Ordered 1st week of April, website clearly states shipping in 1-3 working and delivery can be longer.

Emailed a week later to say I had not received my shipping confirmation and tracking number -generic return email they were swamped with orders and it would be out shortly.

At this point i informed them that despite covid-19 and the huge amount of orders their sale had generated they should ethically inform customers of the excessive delays before purchase allowing one an informed choice to purchase or order else where. They have not adjusted their practice and social and here are littered with complaints regarding service, quality and delivery.

3 weeks later I get a email saying it was shipped, one week later the package appears to have arrived in the country I reside and 4 days later returned to them without a delivery attempt to my home.

A email was sent requesting a new order be sent out immediately (these were birthday gifts) or a refund issued, to which I was informed it would take 8 weeks for the package to return before they would issue a refund or send the order out. They stated the issue was probably due to an incorrect address (this would be on their part as the address given was full and correct)

As such at best it would be over from 20 weeks from purchase to receipt of a reissued order or 15weeks from purchase to refund !

For the price of the straps you can't really complain if they take a little while. I'm happy with my purchase and will recommend to friends!

Extremely slow shipping service, it’s been over 3 weeks and still haven’t received the order. Poor and slow communication. Not worth the trouble to save a few dollars.

BAD watch strap store. First leather band didn't look much like the picture on the website. A year later I thought lets try again. The color on that one was even more off. I will never come back again.

Même les colis aliexpress mettent moins de temps, pour sans doute la même qualité en moins cher!
A fuir, ils répondent évasivement aux mails, je vais faire un recours sur Paypal!

Have ordered a dozen of straps. The quality is average but you get what you pay for. Taking into consideration how close I live to Sweden, the delivery takes longer than it should.

Worst part is customer service. Have contacted them on facebook, Instagram - no response. Found their e-mail finnaly - yet again, no response. Recieved faulty NATO but I can't even contact the company to discuss it.

The leather straps are low quality and I don't suggest them. Buckle also feels extremely cheap. Seatbelt NATO straps seemed the best quality but one of mine has started to flake around the holes after couple of wears.

Just received another Leather (short) strap from here and the quality is superb. Lots of moaning and bitter people on here complaining about slow delivery, but everyone must have got emails explaining that they were overwhelmed with orders along with the covid19 problem so delays were inevitable. I personally have had a number of different straps from cheapest nato straps and have been very happy with the high standard of the products. I am not bitter like a lot of these reviews seem to be, because I put my sense of urgency aside at this time and waited patiently knowing my order would turn up at some stage. Before covid happened, my last orders came within a week. So, I am very happy to highly recommend this company regardless of the delay in getting my new strap, it was worth the wait.
I would have only given 4 stars because of the delay in shipping if there was not a pandemic, but taking into account the way things are at the moment I can personally justify a 5 star rating. If you can be patient, it is worth the wait for what I have found to be a great quality product.
And, NO, I am not getting a free strap for this review. Just giving credit where credit is due.

Nothing arrived. Now a month since item was dispatched. No answer from CS.

Not exactly a hardship for $7 but in this day and age you can buy straps from lots of places. Avoid these guys

Mon avis ne porte pas sur les produits mais mon expérience avec le service client. Ces gens sont malhonnêtes et n'ont aucun sens du commerce. Je vous déconseille fortement d'acheter chez eux, passez plutot par Amazon, Ebay ou autre... Et après ca vient quémander pour soutenir leur activité pendant le covid-19.

Ordered April 3, not even shipped out yet. Keep telling me that they have too many orders to fill, and that they'll mail it out as soon as possible. I'm sorry, I understand that the package will be delayed because of the situation occuring in the world, but 2.5 weeks and it hasn't even been mailed out? Unacceptable. I hope they're not scamming. Stay away!

Update: April 27, and still haven't received my package.

Excellent service as always excellent quality of straps. impeccable service in communications, even considering the delays in the extraordinary period related to coronavirus

Considering the price and the service, it is by far one of the best websites to buy watch-straps.

Ho comprato da loro circa tre settimane fa. Ho comprato in un momento di offerte fantastiche (quasi tutti i loro prodotti a 5,90 usd) e quindi erano inondati di ordini. Nonostante tutto nel giro di dieci giorni mi sono arrivati i cinturini. Tutti ottimi. Comprerò sicuramente ancora da loro

Tried 2 nato straps, both look and feel cheap, they are not durable. You can find the same ones on Aliexpress for less than 5€. Avoid them, invest in something better that last more than 2 months

Very poor quality! Waste of money. My strap had a crack on it after 2 months. The two parts of the leather were separated!
I contacted them and they refused to compensate. As easy as that! They took no responsibility for their poor quality.
