great products and cheap price. a must have for a watch lover

Have to agree with those who have experienced issues with their orders. Have been waiting over one month since making my order for x3 straps to arrive, was told to wait 25 business days for the package to arrive. Repeatedly asked for proof of postage and suggestions to remedy the situation. Not getting a response from the company now - thankfully paid via credit card and will be making a claim for a full refund. Will be taking my business elsewhere and I would encourage people to do the same and to avoid this company.

I have to say, I was a tad skeptical about this website but I went ahead after seeing a nice strap on Instagram that I wanted. From start to finish, no problems. Ordered on a Saturday night and they were delivered the following Friday. Would order from them again, no doubt.

I ordered 1.5 months ago, communicated with the people from the website several times, still didn’t receive the products. Don’t recommend the website

Crappy straps, you can find the same ones on chinese websites for 2$.

Their nato straps aren't AAA luxury quality but considering the low price you are paying you're getting a pretty decent quality. Love the seat belt and suede straps.

Terrible Customer service!!! I ordered straps and one did not fit in the buckle, clearly it was a different size. I sent an email and received a reply from the owner, Sofie, who wanted photos of the problem. Fair enough, I took photos and sent them off, she apologized and said she would send a new strap and another one for free for my troubles. The 2 days later she changes her mind and wants more photos. Really? Fora $7 strap? Would I waste that much time for a $7 strap or try to cheat you? Never again, please do not buy here.... So many better Co’s to deal with.

I wanted to return some of items, seller communicated on daily base. After my parcel with returned items was delivered (verified by tracking), they stopped and no more response nor the refund came.

EDIT: seller contacted me back after about 10 days. Refunded the costs.

Straps are china products, not the strap you are dreaming about, but of course in this price range expected. Could be ok, if you buy multiple and use some of the store coupons, anyway can be bought directly from china for significantly lower price.

Finally for leather straps I would recommend go for some bit more expensive 30+ Euro stuff. Otherwise you can end up with too many cheap straps in your drawer and still have to buy the good one to be satisfied.

Cheapest is not the right name, cause the price is increased by 25% VAT at checkout. Actually they are cheapest as a product, but you pay for them a lot more than you should.

Never received items, no help from their support and a loss of my money. Talked with them for a while, but can't say I feel appreciated as a customer.

Can't speak for their other types but don't buy the Perlon straps. Biggest issue is the extremely lightweight, weak, and flimsy buckle with a prong so small & thin its not strong enough to make it through the strap material. These Perlons are "dime store" quality akin to a cheap children's toy. The band itself feels like nothing more than a very thin strip of plastic, which was not at all what I was expecting. Very disappointing and the cost of postage to return the two I bought (for about $30US) to Sweden is more than what I paid for them. (Alas, the days of being able to affordably use the US Mail internationally are long gone.) On the plus side my straps did arrive all the way here to the heartland in less than two weeks. Their other types of straps may be fine but for me, "cheapest" is the operative word in this company's name. Caveat emptor.

Bought two straps. They're very well priced and the quality is also great. They have an amazing selection and all sizes are always available. Really struggled for quite a while to find the strap I was looking for until I found this site! Thanks a lot! Just placed my second order today :)

I already have bought more than ten of their items (nato straps, perlon, zulu straps and leather bands) for myself and as a gift for friends and family. I have placed three orders with them because their items are top quality and their prices honour their name. First two orders arrived as expected. The third one had no tracking number and unfortunatelly did not arrive. I let them know of my misfortune and immediatelly they offered to replace my order. They did not dispute the fact that the loss of an order without tracking number was just not their fault. My order was shipped and arrived in record time from Sweden to Greece without any cost for me! Their professionalism is beyond comparison! I would like to thank them once more!
