Ordered three or four times now. Young group of people, really pleasant to deal with.

Cheapest Nato Straps dropped the house number from my address. Then sent the strap out before I had chance to correct them. My invoice address was wrong too. Plain incompetence. Customer service were unhelpful, unrepentant and unapologetic. Wasted money. I'll never use them again.

I spent almost $200 buying watch bracelets and various items.
The bracelets are pretty good, except one that had a size problem (too small).
I had to send it back at my own expense to get a refund.
The bracelet was clearly defective, but the only way to get the money back was to send it back at my expense.
I bought some 22mm fat springbars that turned out to be defective, as they are much shorter than 22mm and absolutely not "fat".
I wrote several emails to customer service, with the exact photos and measurements.
Each time there is a different person who answers and they always repeat the same thing: the springbars are fine.
Then, if you are not happy, they offer you the "super" solution to send them back, at your expense, for a refund.
I said that they are unusable anyway. I said that I spent a lot of money, that I expected a gesture towards a good client. Nothing!
"Send back the springbars and we'll refund you."
It's not about the price, because I paid $5 for them. But I have to spend the same price to ship them, and I haven't received any constructive response.
They lost a customer today.
I don't recommend this company.
Only their Paratrooper bracelets are valid, otherwise go and find another company.

Made a purchase in December of 2019 that still isn't resolved. The customer service individual(s) are incredibly rude and standoff-ish. I purchased 3 leather straps (the ones they marked as being worth 20$ US each). Every strap had significant issues. Leather colors not matching, edging paint all over the place and jagged edges. I was told that this was within the acceptable variation of their products. I was then told that I could send them back for a refund but I'd have to pay for shipping. I'm in Canada - unacceptable when the mistake is theirs.

Eventually I agreed to the replacement of just one of the straps so that I could just move on (the one with jagged edges that actually scratched me and cut as I wore it). I waited for a replacement, but the wrong product arrived without quick-release bars. I explained this to them, and they responded saying the product isn't defective and they wouldn't do anything about it. The whole point of a quick release product is so that you can change straps within seconds when you want without scratching your timepiece. Their replacement was useless to me, and now all of the straps I have are substandard.

I've made purchases in the past, have had issues but they were eventually resolved. This time every response was rude and condescending. I strongly recommend you spend your money elsewhere. Go pick a vendor on amazon - even the worst one will provide better service than these guys.

Quality of products is soso and you might let it go, but the service is horrendous.

Cheapest NATO Straps: now I understand why they are cheapest, not even cheapest ... The first thing that left me perplexed is that the price indicated on the site is net of taxes and this can be misleading.
I bought two straps a few weeks ago: a NASA nato strap and a Kvarnsjö Vintage Suede born. There's nothing to say about the NASA strap, I never even wore it so low the quality and the level of inaccuracy of the seams and the assembly is so high (if I did it with my mom's sewing machine it probably would have come better). The born Kvarnsjö Vintage Suede is made of a type of leather that does not look bad, but is badly cut: in some places it is 22mm in others 21mm. In addition to this, the steel loops show the signs of the folding made by the machine.
In short: save your money and look elsewhere. I apologize for the bad English translation (I'm Italian).

I returned 2 bands to be exchanged last year October and NOBODY bothconbotherdtact me since then I ha e paid for the product and I still don't have it

For a month I have bought Leather rally strap and regret it.
The buckle is very thin and doesn’t hold.I went to take a shower and after a few seconds i was all black.the leather strap loses color.My bathtub was black,my t-shirt also.Couldn't wash it anymore.
The other one i have bought a two month ago looks like it went through the war after one week!
I have wrote to the seller (Cheapnatostraps) and i have send some pictures about the problem I have and only got a answer that the straps are not for 24 hours use and not made for a water.

And on Fb and instagram you see divers watches with their straps all over.

Ive ordered straps 3 different times total of 15 straps in all from CNS and I have been impressed each time. Their single pass adjustable natos are now my favorite out of any type Ive tried from any company and that includes some very pricey brands. (I also really love the tropic rubber straps) I have 8.25" wrists so sometimes straps are a little small but Ive never had a problem from CNS. Besides being big enough they are also super comfy and built to last. Shipping times each time have been about 20 to 30ish days but I live in Kansas, United States so long shipping times is to be expected. In summary dont believe the negative reviews they are truly a great watch strap maker. Give them a try!

Ordered 5 nato strap on January 8, and paid extra shipping to have a tracking, January 17, got nothing. And no more tracking from the 11th. Not serious, I hope it's not a scam.

This site/seller is a scam. I ordered on Black Friday sale, on 24.11.2019. Today is 28.12.2019 and my order, which is already payed for, still did not arrive. This company is in EU, Im in EU so theres no excuse for such scam. Theres no reply to my emails,only some automatic machine. I cant get my order, I cant contact anybody, I cant get my money back. This site is total scam. STAY AWAY FROM CHEAPEST NATO STRAPS.

They state their leather straps are “full grain leather” but it isn’t. It is a fraud. When I got the piece it was some chinese material stuff with edges cracked and all. When I asked why, they never answered and refused to issue a refund unless I paid for shipping lol haha DO NOT BUY from here. The quality is horrible.

Seven straps, delivered from Sweden to Tasmania, for less than $45. That's the price of a single strap from some brands. CNS is also cheaper than the ones I ordered from Aliexpress that I'm still waiting for after 6 weeks.
Five leather vintage rally styles in 18, 20 and 22mm are all superb quality with quick release bars - some thick cut hide and some padded and stitched.
There's a couple of silicone tropics (these were basically free) as well for the coming summer.
I can't understand the gripes from some here - ignore them, the price and the product can't be beat!

Straps and customer service are garbage.
I got a black "leather" strap. It was pretty difficult to install, but i got it on. after washing my hands, i noticed that i was dripping black liquid. apparently if the strap gets at all wet, it will start to bleed.
now my wrist and hand is permanently dyed black. I contacted the company, and all i got was, "Some of the colorate we use on our leather straps might bleed with use in water. We don't recommend our straps for use in water since they are not designed for that purpose."
This would be really great info to put on the website!

I've made two purchases from them now and they've been amazing. The first lot I bought a bunch of nato straps, and the second lot a bunch of leather straps. The quality is great and the price is awesome! Super fast postage to AUSTRALIA. 100% will buy from again!

Horrible quality. Purchased a Nasa strap, it's just a piece of velcro with horrible feel to the skin worth absolutely nothing. It should have been something you can wear on your wrist, like suede or any other material rather than the back of a velcro tape.

Delivery was good but pointless.

I have used these guys a couple of times and found them to be great. For the money the straps are good value but not the highest quality but the clue is in the name, right.. Recently I bought a couple of very cheap straps from the clearance section which very very low priced. One I had snapped a keeper after a little wear which was a shame. When I contacted them they came back with not only a replacement but the choice of any strap from the leather range which was incredibly generous. Personally I cannot fault that for service.

Do not purchase from this company, my order was lost in the mail, despite having a tracking number, and they were unwilling to send a replacement until they received the original one, which could take up to 8 weeks. I requested a refund, they were unwilling to provide one until lost strap is received. Terrible service.

On my third order from Cheapest Nato Straps, the value and quality have kept me coming back for all my nato strap needs. Postage seems to great, no problems my end. Keep up the good work, tack så mycket ;)

Waiting almost a month now for a few straps, I've contacted Cheapest Nato Straps a few times now with my concerns, all I get is, "you could have paid an additional $3.95 for tracking and we can't control transit times", Waiting a month for a watch strap is ridiculous regardless of who's fault it is, if this is normal to them, which it sounds like it is, I will not do business with them again...

I was sent a replacement swiftly and any choice of another strap from their range
Also the Budget Seat Belt Nato's on clearance at present are great value and very nice quality
