After almost 10 years of buying strictly their products, I had two bottles that would leak more product than it sprayed when squeezing the trigger. I did wait quite a bit until I decided to say something but since I couldn't produce an order number which I don't know why it wasn't "saved"Under all my information that they already have in their system and you know they keep track of everything. they wouldn't do anything for me, not even willing to spend a penny on a 10 year customer, and they pride themselves on their customer service, but when it comes to the Almighty Dollar, you'll find out how much they actually care. I will never buy another one of their products

Purchased the chemical guys VRP as recommended by supercheap. I’ve always used autoglym bumper gel because it lasts for weeks. But was assured chemical guys was better. Well it looked good for one day. Now it looks crap. There’s no point selling a product that’s has to be put on every day to make your car look good. Very disappointed. What a waste of money.

They have shady business practices and won't do anything to help veterans or disabled. They do only the minimum of what they can get away with and s*×€w the customers not to mention their high prices and dodged way they won't accept returns. If you don't want bad service and to get ripped off stay away from them.

Absolutely useless products, fairy up liquid would take more dirt off your car. Funny to see 3 & 4 star reviews saying it smells nice, its the outside of a car, no ones smelling the outside of cars on purpose. Bought from Halfords, returned to Halfords. The video ads are obviously faked too. Useless.

Beware of the ceramic coating. I have used Chemical guys for a few years and never had to contact customer service.
I ordered the ceramic coating and followed the directions to a tee. Put it on a 2022 Audi black. The coating streaked badly. I took it to a professional ceramic coating expert. He could not remove the coating after hours of buffing compounds, no matter what process he used.
I had to repaint the hood.
All the professionals say, stay away from chemical guys.
Customer service... So bad. they want you to use email, but don't answer. The lady that answers when you call in was the worst customer service person i have ever talked with. When asking for a manager, she said, leave a message and wanted my email.
So many people are having problems with them.

Stay away from this company. Order beginning of January with a ship out date of 1-6-25. 2nd time calling, currently the 16th with no eta or when it might even be processed and they won't cancel it or let me speak to anyone besides customer service rep, which will not help. Stay away.

'Buyer Beware' ! Be very careful ordering from Chemical guys. My order was placed on January 1st, 2025. Its now January 12th and my order has not been fulfilled, nor in transit. I asked for a cancelation of my order since they had no idea when it would be fulfilled. They said I had to wait for fulfillment,even though it was past the website deadline that they claimed for an order fulfillment. There website is extremely deceptive! Go Amazon or a brick and mortar before ordering from these guys.

I had 2 orders. 1st order everything was great (~$180 order). I received it in just under a week and I have not used the products yet. 2nd order (~$16) and it's been almost 2 weeks, and it still hasn't even shipped. I called to cancel to go get it locally (which I've done), but I can't cancel. I have to have the order shipped, and be at home when they show up to reject it, or send it back after receiving it. I've found Superior Products and will give that line a try because it seems to get good reviews for 1/10 of the price and I can pick it up at my local green parts store within a day or 2.

Dreadful company in every way.

Customer service is awful. Shipment times are epic long. Products are bad and wil ruin your car.

On 11/7/24, I purchased Chemical Guys Signature Series Glass Cleaner Streak Free Formula for Automotive, Household, Industrial, Tint Safe Formula, 16 FL OZ. What a rip off and yes, we did use a new microfiber cloth. Cleaned the inside of the windshield twice and we still have streaks. So glad we didn't use this on my after-factory window tint, I'm certain this product would have ruined the tint. Wish I could give this product a -10!

DO NOT USE!!! Chemical Guys SPI23416 Total Interior Cleaner is a TOTAL DISASTER.
I purchased this product to clean and protect the interior of my Toyota Supra… it did the opposite. It actually ate away the protective layer of the vinyl on the inside of my car door. It left two very noticeable spray marks where I applied it on the interior door and immediately wiped it off.
I contacted the company in early September, filled out the form concerning the incident. Waited about a month and a half and no response so I contacted them again. To get an answer that they haven’t reviewed my claim yet but they would get to it soon. Waited another month and still no reply, so I contacted once more only to receive the response as follows:
“We have conducted a thorough review of your case. We have not encountered this type of damage from Total Interior in the past, and it does not appear to be a defect related to our product. The damage may be a result of previous products used on the vehicle surfaces.

As a courtesy, we can offer you Nonsense All Purpose Cleaner, a brush, and Silk Shine, which may help alleviate the issue, though we cannot guarantee a complete resolution.

Wow, thanks for the $27 worth of cleaning products instead of fixing the damage done to my $50,000 car. I had several of there other products and have removed them from my car care supplies and will be replacing them with other brands after careful research on the product reviews. If you take care of your car - do not use this product or any other Chemical Guys products. It is not worth it and I would highly recommend finding a more reputable brand.

Hate the commercial. Entitled children make a mess and daddy cleans it up? Not in the real world. The kids are definitely old enough to clean up after themselves!!!

Their products don't do as good as they claim. Also, don't like their customer service.

I recently purchased their bucket and cyclone dirt trap, as well as a couple other things. When I went to wash my car, the dirt trap wouldn't sit at the bottom of bucket it kept floating up. I was like wtf? It's supposed to sit at the bottom. I continued washing my car though and trying to push it down at the bottom and scrub my mit off. I'm beyond pissed. When I reached out they sent me a video on how to wash your car to get no scratches/how to insert the cyclone dirt trap. Guess you're supposed to fill bucket first, then insert trap at an angle and push it down and it should stay.
I also saw a couple of reviews on the dirt trap of others not happy with it and it wasn't staying on bottom and they had dirty water on top, and 1 of their pics showed the dirt trap flush at the bottom of their bucket. So I'm not the only 1.

Either way I'm beyond unhappy and wish they'd offer me a refund.

I have and have used several of their products on/in my vehicles. Now, I don't want to buy anymore of their products and give them business.

I purchased the carbon ceramic coat it was like 130.00 applied on brand new black truck. First did there full clay kit to perform first like instruction's said. Applied ceramic coat like directions said looked like burned clear coat. White haze. Had to buff out and got with there customer service asked for refund and they said it was opened sorry. Also they told me to applied again. I’m guessing if they won’t refund they definitely will not help fix paint. I’m very disappointed if I purchased from Amazon I could of got refund but purchased from there website

I would not recommend anyone to buy more then they can use in a one year time, I bought the Chemical Guys Butter Wet Wax jut about 1 1/2 years ago in the (1Gal ) size thinking i would be saving money and I would be set on wax. Boy was I wrong. The wax was stored in a cool dry place. I had called Chemical Guys and was told that the wax does no have a expiration date and that the wax was probably shot and I should not use it . Chemical Guys should state that the wax goes bad on the listing . What a wast of money after paying over $60.00 for a gallon I have over 3/4 of a gal left with Black Mold

Garbage products. They do claim to remove scratches, paint correction, showroom gloss finish....all lies. All false advertising, misrepresentation of the products. We had to return all the " Chemical Guys" products and buy " Meguire's" products and they work great.

Purchased the convertible top cleaner and protectant. Followed the instructions to a few. Protectant ruined my cars paint by eating through clear coat. Customer service after immediately contacting them said they would return my call, they didn’t. I had to call them and they said they would put it in review. Recieved a letter after that saying they accepted no responsibility but did send another product called “slick finish” and a sponge, that did nothing but make it shinier so spots stick out worse. Horrible product and sorrier customer service. Now I’m out a lot of money to have it repainted!

They make a decent product but their customer service sucks!

I like Chemical guys stuff on the whole. Most of it (certainly not all) works well but for the love of god, stop with this ridiculous nonsense "Intense Crystalline Hyper-Shine" on products. If there is a sure fire way to stop me buying a product it's total made up nonsense like this....
