Bought the total interior cleaning bottle for my windows. WOW. I could have used 10w-30 oil for a better cleaning and I did use the microfiber cloth. This is absolute garbage!!!

I ordered items and gave my credit info, all cards rejected... and later I received notification from my credit cards were all hacked!

The worst service ...the black on black spray can leaks. Stay away

Bought the New Car scented spray. It smells terrible, honestly. Nothing like a new car scent. Smells like a cheap bathroom cleaner. Website and ordering process was fine, but the product is worthless. The little trees scents are 10x better.

Pressure washer works fine. If you try buying the pressure washer... it only works with the gun they provide. With that in mind, they pigeon hole you into buying their product. Customer service is terrible. They refuse to give you the dimensions to the ending of the hose so its impossible to find a alternate part to make another gun ( that isnt their product work). Its. a good product, however keep in mind that trying to find a separate attachment to make another gun handle work is dreadful

First time ordering directly from chemical guys. Last time ever purchasing chemical guys product. One, it is probably the slowest snail shipping.I've ever seen in my entire life. Two their customer service number when you call it.As it does is play music and then hangs up on you until you call about twenty times. If you ever have to call, just click the button at your commercial sales and you want to sell their product and that's the only way they'll answer. Then they just tell you, just sit and wait, and we'll get the product to you when we sure g****** feel like it. They create the shipping ticket a week ahead of actually shipping it out. And then they refused to let you cancel the order. Like I said, been using their product for years, Not a bad product, first time ordering directly from them, instead of a third party. The first time dealing with their customer service. Last time I'll ever purchase another product from chemical guys. Looks like I'll be looking for new products. Because I refuse to deal with a company that doesn't give a shit about their costumer

Ordered directly from their store. First mistake. Second one of the spray products sprayer doesn't work. It some cheap Chinese crap. Notified their customer service. All I could get was an AI bot. Said would route to appropriate dept. Crickets. Be aware of anything that sprays, can't tell you about the product because the sprayer is dead. Shame on you guys, taking Business elsewhere.

Bought a pressure washer. Did not even get one use out of it. It’s a POS that sprays water out of the wand connection. They said it would be replaced. No new items and the don’t respond to e-mails anymore. They just took my money

The products are excellent and offered at great prices. Most of them have delightful scents as well. The only drawback is the shipping, which can be a bit slow; typically, my orders take around 10-14 days to arrive. And some of the goods come damaged, customers service is lacking.

First time using there product. I've been a Marqurier user for many years and enjoyed the easy on easy off carnuba wax.
So I gave the Chemical Guys a try. There easy on easy off wax is just as good or better.
The detailed shine was amazing. Now time will tell how it holds up to the great northeast.

Same issue as others have reported — I bought their pressure washer, used it once, and it blew up. I sent photos, video, and all the requested info in response to their RMA email, and then… nothing. It’s been 10 days with zero reply. Completely ghosted. What a joke.

Just tried chemical guys heavy metal polish for the first time despite the price tag thought I would give it a try amazing what this polish does with a little elbow grease I used wire wool and gentle rubbing so not to scratch the chrome finish after a little tlc it actually works

I have purchased CG VRP product and gave it a real chance. I’m a car guy and was looking for a decent product to replace Armor All. This stuff “sucks”!,Heres why. Once it rains it’s worthless. It comes right off and streaks the plastics, must be reapplied, that’s how they get you, buy more. Also if you use a chamois it will turn it white and this stuff doesn’t come out, chamois ruined. Find something else. I contacted them about these issues and they tried to upsale me on another CG product. Stay away you been warned.

If I could leave no stars I would. Awful customer service, and all I am trying to do is to replace or repair their defective pressure washer unit that never worked out of the box. All I get back from them is emails stating to upload or send photos of the issue and never get a response. They are horrible. It's been 5 weeks since I've initially emailed them.

Worst store to order from. They have an AI generated response when you contact them through email and the responses are worst ever! They messed up my order - they shipped one day late when the order was in by 9 am their time, whereas on website i got notification that the order would be shipped same day and hence i ordered. Then fedex damaged the product during shipping and before it reached me. I asked for a replacement to be shipped asap but was told oh! It will first goto claims department and then if they approve product will be shipped. Isn’t it the seller’s responsibility till the product reaches undamaged? No supervisor or anyone in customer service to help customer. If they take my money then they need to atleast ensure I receive the product.

Defective product refused refund or replacement after 46 days.

Was given the power nozzle as present. Used it for a while, then the handle split. The the o ring inside perished and the nozzle started leaking. Then the return spring failed. Took it apart to try to see if I could fix it (everything does come apart, so theoretically serviceable) and discovered that the spring was made of mild (not stainless) steel. Over all poor product design and build. Customer service refused to replace or provide repair parts. I do not recommend particularly in light of cost. For the price quality is very poor
