Ordered the prince of wales in blue velvet and really impressed with the sofa! always difficult when you order without seeing the item properly or being able to try it out but we took the plunge and it was well worth it. will be ordering again for the next room we redecorate.

Our chesterfield arrived today. It took 12 weeks to arrive from order but worth the wait. The quality is amazing and we will be looking to order another two seater.

We ordered 2 Queen Anne chairs and have had them for about 6 weeks now. While they do look good they are not comfortable. The seat depth just isn't enough to make it feel nice.

Chesterfield sofa and Cockburn chair both beautiful in lovely soft leather. They were well worth the wait and the whole apartment smells amazing

WE HAVE HAD TO CHANGE OUR REVIEW REDUCED OUR RATING We received our chesterfield. We waited 18 weeks because it was made to order the quality is second to none. It's beautiful leather the smell fills the house, but unfortunately the club chair and queen Anne chair were both damaged in transit but as for the quality they still deserve 5 stars. . The only thing is Chesterfield of England are going to have to make two new chairs taking about a month, turned out to be 9 weeks but these are not mass produced; they are hand-made to order. I give them 5 stars the quality deserves 5 but the customer serve deserves 2 1/2 don't expect a response with in a reasonable time, don't accept the expected delivery time to be honoured. So if you want quality but don't expect 100% customer service this is the place. Also arrange your own delivery or collect as the replacement queen Anne chair was damaged on the back and can't be bothered to wait another 9 weeks for another replacement paying to have it repaired. Both times the delivery firm tried to force through the doors till I told them to take feet off, but since they spoke very little English even that was a struggle.

The sofa I ordered was different to the one which was delivered, this has now been resolved by returning the sofa with a full refund.

Fantastic service and very high quality furniture. Tracie in particular was great at helping with queries and order amendments, very quick and clear responses over email.

One suggestion would be to ditch the 3rd party call reception company as I expect you are paying a lot for someone to say “just send an email”. The couple of times I did call, it was completely pointless and better to email.

On online chat option would be much better and cheaper I imagine and certainly a better experience for customers.

We are very happy with our order (3-seater saddle leather chesterfield). The quality of the product is excellent.

At first it felt like an awkward setup - the phone helpline doesn't seem to be as helpful or connected to the business as the customer service via email.

However, once I got on an email chain with Tracie the customer service was excellent. Naturally there is a lot of negotiation and timing to be considered with products like these, and we had to change our delivery date/address when a house sale fell through. Tracie made sure that was communicated to the team and everything was handled smoothly and was no trouble.

5 star product. 5 star customer service from Tracie. 4 stars overall because of the slightly confusing start to the experience, and the telephone helpline not being as helpful or connected to the business as it could be. Hope that's helpful.

Brilliant and faultless service from visiting the showroom to delivery and we are over the moon with our sofa and chairs. They have exceeded our expectations with the quality. Could not recommend this company enough.

We ordered a Chesterfield sofa in August and it was due to arrive around Christmas week. We were delighted to learn that it was arriving yesterday! It is absolutely gorgeous and beautiful quality! I contacted customer service with a question and Tracie went above and beyond to help me! We are now tempted to buy another! I can't fault them!

We ordered our new sofas the weekend after we moved into our new home. The ordering process was easy & the choice was wide and very clear and it did not take us long to decide what we wanted. The estimate delivery time was 16 - 18 weeks and, bang on time at 16 weeks 3 days - excellent. The delivery guys were pleasant & professional and put both sofas where we wanted them in our lounge and removed all the packaging. We are delighted with our choice, they are super gorgeous and super comfy - deeeelighted!!

Great product, very helpful staff

It is very rare for us to buy such a large valued item online , but after a lot of research we chose Chesterfields of England .
Tracie has been an excellent ambassador , from sending a sample , to keeping us informed of delivery dates and answering an queries promptly which always installs confidence in a Company .
Delivery was in 16 weeks ,although they had supply problems .
On arrival , the delivery guys were excellent and everything from the colour , quality of leather , and craftsmanship was faultless .
We will have no hesitation from reordering from them again and telling everyone where we purchased from .Well done to all that are involved in producing a first class British product.

Looked at many websites for a Chesterfield sofa and at the time there were long waits with everyone. Settled on Chesterfields of England as they looked the best quality per pound from the photos and write ups. Ordered two of the Classic Chesterfields in vintage green for a coffee shop and they look fantastic. Wasn’t sure what to expect as they’re reasonably priced for a leather sofa. Colour is beautiful, leather is soft but strong and they seem really solid and well made. When contacting the company via phone and email the communication was great. Delivery drivers were prompt and helpful also. Highly recommended for your next sofa.

The sofa was held up by delays due to supply issues around covid however the sofa has now been delivered and it is a quality well made piece. Delivery was excellent

5 months wait and a damaged sofa arrives and not a true reflection of the picture. Ordered on 23 March, rocks up 25th august, no legs sent with the sofa and scuff marks on the edges. Company arranges for legs to be sent out a week later and sent one short, so having to use books to raise the other side in hope one more leg arrives. For the scuff they sent shoe polish? Which will mark your clothes. Finally the design of the sofa is not the same as on the picture! Callum, you’ll have more emails coming your way.

We ordered our sofa online from them in April 2021. Unfortunately due to covid and subsequent delays that followed for all businesses we didn't receive it till August.
I have to say all though communication was fantastic all my emails, phone calls and messages for updates were answered quickly, always same day in not straight away.
Our sofa arrived on the day and time that was stated. Fantastic service.

Now the best part. The sofa is perfect. Exactly what we expected. The colour is exactly the same as the colour sample that was sent out.

It's sitting pride of place in our kitchen.
Overall couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I was initially quite nervous about purchasing a sofa online but the Chesterfields of England website made the sofas look so appealing that I had to take the chance. I chose a classic 3 seater in Old Saddle Smoke. It was a long wait for the sofa in lockdown but it was well worth the wait. The leather is soft, the seats are comfortable and it looks even better than I’d hoped. I’m really happy and so glad I made this purchase!

Very good service in particular regard to final delivery where my old chesterfield was taken away free of charge and new one delivered to my lounge via driver/driver's mate, also very pleased with the quality of the chesterfield itself....
