I found them online and the prices seem reasonable, so I booked them Thursday 1/8 to Sunday 1/11 to take my grandbaby to Wisconsin a couple days b4 the booking they were communicating thur texts with me about the rental. When I got there the guy was very friendly and helpful. The only compliant I had about the van is that you had to have a aux cord or cd for the music other than the radio. I returned the van back on Sunday a hour before it was due. Monday I checked my account they took $50 out my account is texted the same number they was texting me from before I rented to ask why! They said I had to bring it back as the same condition I picked it up, or fuel. I told them they didnt circle anything in the pics I did wrong i just wanted a explanation of were my money went and they never replied back ! Its ok if you charge for something but let me know why you charging me.

I highly recommend you go elsewhere for a rental. The smart TV is useless as no one could hear it over the road noise. The suspension in the back of the sprinter van was so bad my kids were getting sick. One of the Xbox controllers didn't work.
Then, to cap it all off, I returned it with a small amount of dirt from someone's shoe near the back cargo compartment. The kind of dirt that could be wiped up with a wet microfiber in less than a minute and was charged an additional $300 for cleaning services! I offered the company the opportunity to refund the cleaning fee in exchange for not writing a review. Guess what they chose

Nice size van with tv and Xbox very comfortable. Only company with availability for a 12 passenger van.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO RUDE!! before booking read all the reviews...BEWARE!! I called this place to inquire on their pricing. The guy who answer my call is very rude. He didnt let me finish my question and told me if I m gonna book or just asking for a discount? He told me in a sarcastic way that if I found a cheaper price somewhere else just book to that place. To all customer read the reviews first. I went to their Facebook page and most of their customer are complaining. There is also one review similar to what I had experience. This company dont need a customer and they dont deserve a 1 star either.

Renting they sprinter made our trip fun we had plenty room and the kids loved it they have good customer services.

It was a lovely experience!

We rented the 12 seater Mercedes Sprinter with premium features including air suspension seats, individual chair seats (instead of bench model seating), XBOX, TV etc.

It was a bit more expensive than the regular models but is well worth it.

Out interactions with Chicagovanrentals have been pleasant. They are very professional and make it easy for the customers in every step of the way right from choosing the right vehicle, quotes, reservation, paper work during pick up and convenient drop-off at any time.

The van was clean and everything worked as promised!

We could play DVDs, Blu-ray, connect the computer to TV through HDMI cable, use the power outlets to charge all gadgets and it was all very convenient and helpful.

The seats have very good reclining mechanisms and the cushion was very comfortable.

The mileage for the van was impressive and ride was smooth. I will strongly recommend renting vans from Chicago Van Rentals.

Rent a van for 10 days for a ski trip to Colorado..... Van drove well. Entertainment system with tv and Xbox was great. Kids really enjoyed it. Customer service was great. High quality service with an affordable price. #chicagovanrentals

We used Chicago Van rental 11-passenger van for a cross country family road trip and their service was excellent and the van was exceptional! We used the van for 3 weeks and had great experience. Would highly recommend their van service for short or long term use.

We rented a 12 passenger van for a 3-week long roadtrip out West and had a great experience. There were 2 small, preexisting windshield chips that I didn't notice when picking up the van but called to report while driving the vehicle home. They were understanding and had me take pictures to submit for our protection. When our window was broken into while on the trip, they were very supportive and helpful in getting us the support we needed to get it fixed at a reasonable cost. We specifically worked with Joji and he provided the best customer service! My kids are already asking to take the same trip next year or go out East. We would definitely use Chicago Van Rentals again!

After a fair amount of research, my family and I settled on Chicago Van Rental. I was initially drawn to this company because on their website they advertised, falsely, that until June or July something they have a promotion of free delivery of their rentals. When I called and requested this, I was told that because of covid they are no longer providing this. In my mind, I understood, but it was June and covid restrictions etc were in effect back in March. I felt like it was more than enough time to have someone update their website. With that aside, when we arrived to the rental facility my husband decided to again upgrade the vehicle to a larger (that's 2 upgrades now) Mercedes model. It seemed like they were pretty thorough and took many "before" pictures with an ipad. The amenities were either difficult to use or non functioning. One of the reasons we went with this company is that their vans come with a complimentary xbox/tv. The one in our vehicle worked oddly. You needed to hold the remote at a certain upside down angle for it to work. When it was on, it was non-functional. Our mistake for saying nothing about this, but we were excited to go on a trip after being quarantined indoors for months. We were told that we can drop off the van earlier and leave the keys in the drop off box. The paperwork did state that the vehicle is the customer's responsibility until it is checked in. This can be misleading! One would safely assume that the vehicle would be checked in immediately (the following day), but in our case it was not. We dropped off the van on a Friday evening and did not hear anything from them until Sunday afternoon (they are open Saturday and Sunday from 8 am- 6pm). On Sunday afternoon, a gentleman called and said they found damage on the windshield and that we were responsible for it. We questioned their timing given it was dropped off over 24 hours ago, almost 48 hours ago. They proceeded to send us "after" photos, which is fine. We questioned why there were numbers on the after photos and not the before. The response we got was that they are now starting to number their vehicles. There were plenty of back and forth messaging as we were concerned about the timing of their report. We understand their policy, but were far from impressed by the way this was handled. They were rude and defensive. They told us to hire an investigator to prove this was not our fault. The gentleman communicating with my husband about this was arrogant and mean. The way a business handles an upset customer is very telling of their beliefs and values. They did not treat us with any respect. We will never do business with them nor will we ever recommend their services to anyone.

We had originally contracted another van rental company that fell through the cracks so we had to look for a new place. We found these guys and they got us the van we needed with a very short notice. Easy and fast booking process.

Very pleased with our rental. We rented the 12 passenger for a drive down from Chicago to Florida for Spring Break. Van was well maintained and clean. We had no issues with the entire drive there and back. Having the TV/Xbox was a definite plus as it kept everyone occupied most of the drive. Van had up-to-date safety features (back up camera/sensors) which are helpful in a large vehicle. Would definitely rent from here again in the future.

Rent a 15 passenger Mercedes Benz Sprinter van.
Great can with TV, Xbox one, Power outlets,DVD player,Blu Ray player etc....kids have a great time during our 22 hours to Florida....they offer 3 additional driver free of cost...they also offer free parking of our van in their location, which was really convenient for us.... highly recommend this business to others..
