Would give -0 if I could!! Absolutely shocking, steer well clear DO NOT LET YOUR INSURER provide a replacement car from this so called company. Got car on 20th, reported Aircon not working. Given account number, told to take car to Kwikfit. However Kwikfit informed us as the car was EV we needed a specialist, contacted Birmingham office back on same day (Friday) no response, called again Saturday informing them I was disabled, on medication advising me to stay out of heat/sun as get heatstroke easily. Our call was marked as urgent, someone would contact us before close at 12noon, heard nothing. Emailed office to express concerns/ disappointment as we had plans for BH weekend we had to cancel as car not usable as temps 30+ Tuesday after BH contacted office again advised we had to contact our local KIA garage to arrange appointment, KIA told us car out of AC warranty, it would be £79.00 and they’d fit it in on the 8th. Called Birmingham office at 3.30 to inform them of above, was told person handling our case would contact us back, contacted insurers to inform of above, were advised to contact again today if we did not hear back from Birmingham. So noon today nothing so contacted again, still waiting to hear TRY to sort out replacement!! Whilst the staff were polite and courteous it has been totally unacceptable expecting us resolve to the situation. Also having looked at the website it states cars are only a year old the KIA we have is 2 + years old.
We have now been told they have no replacement EV - now contacting insurer again!! 7 days with no car!! Car returned got alternative from Enterprise. 14 days and still no response from Customer Services or CEO, says it all really!!
