The facilities in Baytown TX are filthy…floors need major scrubbing or need to be replaced. I haven’t been there for a good while but was disappointed in their new menu…to be clear it’s small and basically bar food! Bottom line…menu sucks and the service is terrible. Sad because Chilis used to be a favorite for everyone in my family buts not really a family atmosphere anymore

I called on 7/12/2023 and spoke to Lacey at the Chili's on Millerville at 10:53 am and 3:07 pm to inquire about my favorite drink "Tropical Sunrise" which I had not had since before Covid. I was asked to call back after 2:30 because a bartender wasn't confirmed for the evening. I called at 3:07 pm and Lacey told me to come on in and I would be taken good care of. Obviously, the evening crew didn't get the message. We arrived and ordered drinks. My friend received 3 drinks; I asked why was my drink continuously overlooked. I was finally told by the manager that they stopped serving this drink a month ago; however, the person I spoke to twice said it could be made. My friend's appetizer came out incorrect and my dinner was incorrect. They offered to correct it but at this point, I decided to cancel my order altogether. My main purpose for eating there was to get the drink I hadn't had since pre-covid.

I would also like to mention when arriving we were told that the main dining area was closed because the AC was not working. It also appears they were extremely short-staffed.

My experience was not good. I would give them a negative 10.

Food was cold and inedible. Ice cream melted and spilled. Potato’s tasted days old. Terrible experience and will not ever eat or order from here again.

I ordered the beef brisket quesadilla with mild Queso sauce and Guacamole from Chilie's restuarant
The quesadilla was just a couple of 8" flour tortillas stacked, with at most 1 fingernail sized piece of fatty brisket on each of the 4 cut pieces. 1 of the pieces had no meat at all!
To be honest there were a couple of them on the plate but all the same, The Guacamole was a small container with just a couple of pieces of avacado mashed up with no spices, and I don't know what the Queso Sauce was?
Will never eat there again!

I really hated giving chilis one star because usually they're five stars for years. Yesterday I ordered the same meal I've been getting for years. I ordered the salmon and it was really really dry and they only gave me one tablespoon of mashed potatoes but over loaded my plate with broccoli I guess to make up for no mashed potatoes. The chicken sandwich was so tough my dog enjoyed chewing on it for a chew toy.

We went to Chili’s Brighton location on 6/4/2023. We usually go there 1-2 times a week and everyone is nice and friendly except this one server called Veronica (the one with purple strands in her hair). She is rude and condescending. We had problems with her before and reported her twice so far to the managers on duty. We entered today and heard the bar tender say to sit anywhere, so we sat at our usual booth. We waited for a while then Veronica came being annoyed and saying that this area is closed. We did tell her that the bar tender told us to sit anywhere but she said that it is not what he said and that we were going to ignore him no matter what he says. Anyways, having her accuse us of lying, we told her that we do not want her to be our server and we wanted anyone else instead. We understand there is a shortage of people working but we shouldn’t enable bad service and tolerate that! Eventually the manager came and apologized and we had another server who did a great job way better than grumpy Veronica!

Absolutely disgusting! No flavor and not worth the money! I will never order from Chili's again!

Employees are friendly and food is served quickly. I got the spicy shrimp tacos which are the bomb.

Chili's has become a very well-known restaurant in my family. It is where we celebrate special occasions and where we went t find out my sister was pregnant. The first thing we order is Texas Cheese Fries, they are the best thing on the menu. Chili's also has the best ranch ever. The staff is always attentive and understanding when a child makes a mess. overall chilis have some of the best food around and I love it.

Went to chilis on Easter. My wife's big bites had no bacon and no sautéed onions. My grandson's burger had no bacon. My daughter's sandwich was not what she ordered. Manager came over, I explained issues. He said he would take care of it immediately. A minute later saw him sitting at table doing work. Bacon never came out. Though we did get half off on plate, my wife never ate the big bites cause they got cold waiting for bacon. We go to chili's once in a blue moon because of issues. After this, NO MORE

OK I called in some cheese fries and a large, sweet tea. When they text me and said it was ready, I was turning in I had already been on my way. I waited like five minutes for the girl to come out and there was no one in the parking lot. I was the only one there. I didn’t check my fries until I got home and the honey chipotle sauce that I ordered on the side I didn’t get that the fries were cold and hard as a rock and stuck together. Unfortunately I had to get back to work so I couldn’t return them the sweet tea that I bought had not one bit of ice in it and was as warm as could be. It was terrible and then when I called to complain about it, the young sassy little girl that answered the telephone I don’t know what her name is so that’s how I’m going to refer to her because that’s how she acted all she said after I finished telling her everything was OK and that was it please if you want to not waste your money and have a good meal, please do not visit chilli’s in plant city, because it is terrible. The customer service there with the exception of one person is terrible. I will never ever go there again and this girl that talked to me on the telephone she was so so rude and if I was a mean, vengeful person I would take this a step further, but I’m just gonna leave it here and forget about it .

I think all of these chain restaurants are different wherever ur at. But here in Chattanooga TN it is so amazing! The food is so awesome and a tad expensive, but that's just cause we can't afford too many extra expenses, but otherwise we got full on a very wonderful meal. Very few chain restaurants are really good that way!

I don't know who Chili's came from or how Chili's came upon but this food that they call chicken is not chicken it is organic chicken it does not look like chicken I know what chicken looks like and I know what she can taste like and this is not chicken.

i ordered from chillis on line and never got my order ..i was very upset and Heather worked on resolving my issue....chillis need more managers like her who cares about your order and the customer.....great customer service Heather you are awesome!!!!!

Can't wait til I can go again!

Food quality dropped and portion smaller than it used to be. I don't like that now they started asking for tips as well. Tips should be given at the discretion of the customer. They shouldn't embarrass customers by asking. It used to be my favourite restaurant. Not anymore.

Chili's online-to-go ordering system online sucks.
According to the instructions on your to-go online ordering page, It is in small print, "when you get here, please check-in using the link in your text or email." Unfortunately the link that is sent is an un-clickable link which means, you are supposed to copy the entire URL code that is 23 characters in length, then paste it into a browser to check in.
Really? After sitting in my car for over 10 min and no one came out, decided to go as another customer did that was parked next to me. When got home and called in to talk to the manager about this problem, she argued with me for 10 min about "I was to click on the link that was texted to me so they would know I was there". Never offered an apology. Just kept up with " If you don't check in, how are we supposed to know if you are here b.s?"
To which I replied over and over, IT IS NOT A CLICKABLE LINK!! I GUESS YOU ARE REQUIRED TO REMEMBER A 23 CHARACTER LINK URL OR WRITE DOWN A URL CODE OF THAT LENGTH AND COPY IT INTO A BROWSER AT NIGHT ON YOUR PHONE?
I finally hung up and will NEVER go to any Chili's again. Not to mention a gratuity charge and cold food.

I order a fangtastic specialty Rita and get mostly ice .then I ask for chips and salsa while waitress waits one others tables that come in after me .I’m disgusted that they don’t take tables as the customers come in .so here I go again still waiting for our food while the table that came in after us has already had their appetizers and now on the meal .and the waitress is doing bartender and tables .service was poor today

I used to like Chilis but now I hate it. First of all the chips are covered in salt. Secondly, my son found a piece of metal in his guacamole. Lastly, my son found to pieces of hair in his salad. Chilis needs to have better sanitization because this is unacceptable.

Service was AWEFUL
arrived for a business meeting no one in the restaurant was told itm was a 15 wait (no one at the tables but several person around the bar. Because this a business meeting I decided to wait because everyone had not arrived yet. When everyone did arrive, we were seated. A waitress came to take our drink orders and not friendly she brought us our drink ordered and like rushed us to order with no explaining anything about the order that we had question about. About 15 mins later the order came out by another waitress. The restaurant was still not filled. Another party can in and was seated in the next booth next to my party and the waitress that took our order started to take there's. she went to put the order in then proceeded back to the table beside us not checking to see if we needed anything
to have a 20 to 30 min conversation (flirting) with one of the men in the party. The bartender
come out to see if we needed anything so I asked to speak to the manager and she pointed to the our waitress who was still flirting with the party. I that point I knew I needed to talk to someone higher up. I never say this about any establishment but that location needs a complete overhaul. New MANAGER, NEW HOSTESS, NEW WAITRESS/WAITERS. The only one that was working was the bartender and I was so mad that I didn't get her name. I could write more but this is quite long. Someone can call me about my experiance.
