The chili, believe it or not, tasted like crap! It's in their name, Chili's. I make better chili and I'm not a good cook. I got 6 boneless wings and a bunch of French fries. Thank God it only cost $18. The waitress was horrible, obviously she isn't working for tips.

If it was less than a one star I would definitely do that, so we decided tonight to go for dinner after a long time of not eating in that restaurant which we used to enjoy but what a disappointment from the taste, to the ambiance of the place, the waiter was technically cleaning and grabbing the chair without taking into consideration that their are customers eating and adding on that they were cleaning the kitchen and the tools with big bangs which again is disrespectful when you have clients still eating, going back to the food, our three main courses with chicken and it was burned with no taste, a lot of negative more things but I believe this is enough for now…. NEVER AGAIN

Have the chili's app on my phone thought I would go there for my birthday. Not only no free desert but they changed the chicken sandwich. They started putting mayo on the chicken and 2 slices of pickle. When the food came out 45 minutes after ordering.They put it on the table and ran. The waitress did not come back for 10 minutes. We had not touched our chicken and she asked if it was all right. I said I can not stand mayo. She explained that they got rid of the sauce that it has always on the chicken and replaced it with mayo. I said that mayo is disgusting and not a condiment. It was a overcooked chicken turned white with mayo. She said they would put mustard on it and grabbed it and ran before I could say a word. 15 min later I am given a sandwich and the person I was with had fished their food. So I was pushed to put my food in a togo box. She did not even ask if I wanted anything else and she was gone. Very disappointing dinner.

l placed an order to go, curbside pickup after l had seen the advertisement touting a 3 for ten dollar deal.It was INDEED cheaper than a fast food meal,so l placed an order, pulled up to the #1 curbside parking spot and waited 15 minutes PAST the 15 minute time allotment that l was given for pickup. No show with the food and a HORRIBLE phone connection made the decision easy.I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN A CHILI'S, NOR WILL I EVER ORDER FOOD FROM CHILI'S. ITS NO WONDER THAT I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A CHILI'S, REALLY REALLY BAD SERVICE

I mean where to start?? Iv witnessed numerous questionable and concerning situations at this location. for starters theres this day shift male bartender that on several different occasions that iv been there has over served folks to the point of falling down trying to leave and even a few times caused a disturbence with other customers for no reason.
and im not sure Chilis policy etc. but this same male bartender also just giving drinks out,and also he just makes random drinks with stuff he sasys he brings from home so...is that even sanitary?? which dont get me wrong im not complaining im just saying that could have a ripple effect on the other bartenders if those same customers come in on their shifts wanting a drink he makes but is not on the menu right? But besides that they have had like actuall fights between doordash drivers and staff over areas that are off limits. in was there foer one of them fights and seen something that would worry me if i was a employee. and theres this male manager his name starts with a V. that again just my opinion should never have the position he has . cause when all that broke out i personally seen two different employees go to the back to get him. and he didnt come outb till the comotion calmed down, i used to eat theirt alot but i dont no more after the last incident, cause they fired the only person that should have kept her job and go off a managers side of the story even tho his was the only one that was different between all the police reports...mind you he didnt see a thingb tho! but in conclusion i would seriously advise on putting some of the profits in a decent security camera system instead in your pockets, so maybe next time their wont be no he said she said and lets the truths tell it.
ALSO BTW,, FYI...even tho i dont visit their nomore i would strongly recommend visiting after 4pm-5pm, late in the afternoons till they close. the bartender and the wait staff are amazing.

We ordered our appetizers with our dinner meal along with drinks our meal came out before appetizers and drinks then we both bit into our burgers they were pink inside when I ordered told the server well done on the burgers poor service dissatisfaction

I ordered the trio with big mouth bites, southwestern egg rolls and chipotle chicken. I had never had chipotle so I thought I would try it.
Upon arrival when I opened it there was chipotle sauce all over the big mouth bites, all over the southwestern egg rolls also. It was a sticky terrible tasting mess! WHY don’t they put it in a separate container, I don’t understand!! So $30.00 later I had to throw the whole order out, the chicken even tasted terrible!
The ONLY way I will go back to Chili’s is in person so I could send it back!
Very disappointed

Picked up food from curbside at Chilies, Raleigh, NC on Glenwood Dr.! What a joke. Got a hamburger and fries on one order and the amount of fries on the plate was sad. So sad we counted them and it was 21 ff. .. I went into the restaurant and complained and was told "we are under new management and that's the way we do it now" really!! Went to the house and the burger was cold and soggy my brother threw it away.. now we only live 3 minutes away so it's not like it got cold on our way home.
I ordered the 3 appetizers and the mozzarella sticks were awful and greasy. Overall the experience was terrible and we can not afford to throw away $40
We will certinally will not be returning at all and will tell all our friends and family about our experience. Do not eat there!! New management is no good!!

Panama City Fla. 23rd street has it going on. Food is consistently excellent ( ribs are cooked perfect) don’t change a thing. Will continue to spend my money here. Thank you for the great service, clean restaurant, consistently great food. If you master these 3 things you will keep being great.

On or around 2/11/24, I stopped into Chilis in Olive Branch, MS and sat at the bar to have a drink and order lunch with Brooke, the bar tender. The GM, Brenda, approached me along with a male assistant manager (I'm guessing) and asked me why I don't like her. If the accumulation of reviews about management there did not sum it up, I had to tell her that she carries a bad atmosphere and I did not approve of her driving business away with her management. I am thoroughly disgusted that she would bring a sizable man to discuss her problems to provoke and intimidate me into a hostile confrontation. I demand action be taken

After a few years not eating at Chilies, this was a bad deal. We always went to Chilies in Mesa arizona and before it closed in Conifer,Colorado.
Here in Cookville, Tn it was disappointing. Waiter sorta made his ordering by thinking we were splitting the order. NO. It use to be chips and dip before ordering. NO.
We are catching the restaurant here in Cookville off the list after many years going to other Chilies.

The service was great, the food was hot!!! But what happen to the chicken crispers!! Canes must be cooking the chicken crispers now!!! Please bring back the original crispers. Those crispers are the reason I eat at Chili’s!! Please. I asked the young ladies about the crispers, blessed their hearts they said these are the battered crispers

First time at this Chili’s. The upside is the service was excellent our service did a great job. Every thing was in a timely manner from taking our order to bringing it hot. He continued to follow up during our meal. The food was very good. The only complaint is the place is a bit run down. And the table was very sticky the over all ambiance needs work. If not for server probably would have given them less stars

At Warner Robins, GA location. I was working there for roughly four months, at which time I went above and beyond my appointed duties to extend my efforts for the store. At which time I was never acknowledged for my great work yet instead was terminated by Rainey Preble the schedule manager.

We got the Smokehouse Combo with Ribs and Chicken tenders. Menu says you get 1/2 slab of ribs. 1/2 slab should have 6 bones. What we were served was only 3 bones - that is a 1/4 slab. I challenged the waitress about it and she said that was their 1/2 slab. Ribs were cold. Asked for regular corn instead of street corn. Still came with lots of salt and other seasoning on it. Had to ask for drink refills. The charged us $3 for each of the meals even though we didn't get 3 meat option. Poor experience. We will not return and advise others to not frequent this facility.

What made my experience great is the different food this company offers in a spicy way like its chicken tenders, with Mac & Cheese. The company is doing well, because it's taste is a delight even today.

Ramstein pizza Chili's was hot so we requested to move to a cooler table and was told that area was closed. 10 minutes later two different sets of customers were seated in the section they said was closed. I ordered a Buffalo chicken salad and received two little strips with alot of crust seasoned crust.
