We've been to a number of Chilis with the best being in Rock Hill SC. Fantastic hamburger there!
So... we stopped on the Fredericksburg (Southport) location anticipating a good meal. Nope - it was sorry - seems like the food was cooked and left to chill before being bought out to us. The loaded fries could not be lifted from the congealed cheese without cutting them out from the bowl with a knife. The restaurant was probably 10% full at 2:30 pm and a man was collapsed on his booth table passed out. No kidding. What a shame. We are through trying new Chilis restaurants. No, we didn't complain about our $48 "lunch" but absolutely deleted this one from our gps and attempting to get it from my memory. Hoping this review gets me over that experience.

I paid it and then was given the correct bill.
I had to pay my full bill. Was told a refund would come in 10 business days. It’s been 18 days.
They will not answer the phone to help resolve this issue.

I come to Chili’s in Jacksonville and didn’t even get a welcome in the door I order a triple dipper with half mozzarella with honey chipotle wings and missing my fries. I dine in the server was name Kaitlyn at Chili’s Grill & Bar Bartam Crossing #1174 13891 Saint Augustine Rd. Jacksonville, FL 32258 like this don’t make any sense something need to
happen I need my money back that I payed for and this is the second time I came and this happen to me I can’t keep dealing with this why is I’m paying for my food that I missing. And my tripper dipper is uncooked. Red meat

Quesadillas were dry and hard as shoe leather.
NO SWEET TEA !!!!!!
Ribs were way too lean, no meat.

I've had throat cancer and am on a feeding tube, now after a year I am beginning to eat food again. We range from Mobile, AL to New Orleans. The best we ever had has been in D'Iberville MS. James the manager has it together. It was a Friday night on the casino coast. The place was packed. Line at the door. Waiters were nice and fast as well as polite. One kid went out a fire door and set the alarm off. James handled it like a gentleman. All was well. everyone was in an out in reasonable time. Food was perfect. The worst we have been to is in Mobile, AL on Shillinger. They had less than half full and the orders were getting screwed up and it was a train wreck. Took a most two hours to get out. NEVER again in Mobile.

I ordered ALEX'S SANTA FE BURGER & Texas Cheese Fries for pick-up. Neither were any good. Very bland & flavorless. Odd flavor. The fries used to come with a ranch sauce but it was missing from this order. I used to love Chili’s but not anymore. Disappointed.

I have brought this issue up for over 10 years.I love chips and salsa.And for some reason, chili's cannot make chips that are not greasy.My thought is perhaps hire someone that has a hispanic background that can fry corn chips that won't be greasy. I'm not sure why. This is so difficult for your restaurant. But seriously over 10 years I have fussed about this and there's never been a solution. I can make corn chips at home. That aren't greasy. I'm not Hispanic. Please rectify this problem. It seems like it's such a simple thing to do. Perhaps management doesn't really care because like I said 10 years. The last one I was in i had a plate full of really greasy chips to show the server even said that she's complained about it for 7 years.She brought the chips to the manager and they had no solution.

If I could give a NO star I would. We went Tuesday, just passed to celebrate a new job. It was ruined. Our server AMBER, was horrific. Ive never felt so snubbed in my life. Usually servers are nice and helpful, this woman was anything but. She rolled her eyes, and was rushing to take our order. All I can think of , was that she was doing her finishing work and didnt want to give her last table the attention we deserved. I had a 30 dollar tip ready, but she didn't earn a penny of it. Our food, was horrific. Ive never had such poor quality from Chili's, its normally our go to spot! But this time? Made me NEVER want to go back. My ribeye was NOT 10oz, it was paper thin and well done drenched in greasy butter. The fries cold and stale, not to mention the Mac and cheese tasted as if it had gone bad. I spent 80 dollars on food I could have cooked better at home and would have been cheaper. Thanks to the Manager, a very big man who did NOTHING. Just shrugged his shoulders and offered a desert for our night being ruined. Lesson learned, I don't know whats happening. But it would be nice, to sit down and actually be taken care of properly, which we were not. Im very upset and Im logging complaints everywhere possible, this is unacceptable and Im not happy.

I went to chilis with my son and ordered an appetizer and food. My 5 year old son said he had to go to the bathroom so I took him and our server came by and threw all our food away and it was too close to closing for them to remake it. What an absolute joke. I was pissed. I’ve never going back there

I ordered the Southwest Eggrolls. I got 4 very crispy that were nothing like the picture. Order was late and missing the dip. I wish I could post a pic on here. McDonald’s has better presentation!

Chilis was one of the places I could visit for a good frozen margarita at a decent price, now they've made them smaller added 2 bucks to the price because they use patron. The margarita taste like a sugar slushy just so terribly sweet. It saddens me that I'll have to cross them off of my "good frozen margarita" list. Luckily outback is across the street and they still have good ones. Bye Chili's keep your frozen sugar slushy. To make this margarita at home, just buy a bottle of patron, pour a cup of sugar and add a shot of water and a shot of patron to the cup of sugar stir and chill. That's what it taste like.

Ordered a "bowl" of soup for delivery and it literally is less than a cup of soup! $8.00 for this! Ridiculous!!

There was Roach on my napkin! Chili’s Valparaiso Indiana! We were told upon walking in, that the air air conditioning is out. The air conditioning seems to be an ongoing problem, as we were told the same upon visiting two months ago in may. This is now the end of July!

I had a very disappointing experience with a waitress Chiquila at the Machesney Park, IL location. After she was absent from our table for over 10 minutes, I politely asked the bartender for a drink refill. When she returned, she appeared visibly upset, pointed at us, and stated that we would be assigned a new server. Despite continuing to serve other tables nearby, she refused to assist us further. I requested to speak with the manager Tay and explained the situation. He offered a complimentary dessert, which felt like an inadequate response to the issue.

What made the experience worse was that the manager informed the waitress of my complaint, and she returned to our table to confront and argue with me in front of other guests — an entirely inappropriate and unprofessional action. I called for the manager a second time, and all he said was that her behavior was “not typical” and offered another apology on her behalf. What I expected, and still expect, is a direct apology from the server for her unacceptable conduct.

My husband and I went into the Veterans Blvd.location , in Metairie, Louisiana today, July 22,25 and were very disappointed with appearance of this restaurant Smelled of mold or mildew.Floors were not clean and seemed to be slippery. Food not as tasty as from previous times .service not up to standard of being very attentive . We will not visit this this location again.

We ordered a “rib combo” and didnt get ribs and we asked how to fix it and get ribs she reported us to the manager and said we were rude because we wanted it fixed and made us leave very disappointed and this customer service is truly disappointing and disgusting.

We contacted corporate because our IP address had falsely been flagged when purchasing gift cards. Apparently, we print out gift cards too frequently for people we give them to personally handed, and partake in buying ourselves some now and then. Who knew?

Amy was great at correcting the problem extremely fast, and we are thankful for the corporate exec end who fixed this problem.

I always get the Santa Fe veggie burger with the sauce no cheese, mashed potatoes on the side or asparagus, several people we know love the Ancho salmon, and many more go for the classic meat burgers and fajitas. While I would love to see more meatless items at this time in 2025 like vegetables and not just cheese as a go to, or as a possible topping, like think veggie enchiladas you can keep/remove cheese from, chimichangas, breakfasts!!! Every Chili's we visit has great consistency with people providing friendly service and good, simple fun. We've been on the road or down nearby in person. Great tortillas, beans, simple things, and yes, that veggie Santa Fe burger never fails.

We've introduced some non-American pals to Chili's who hesitate to try it and wind up loving it. One of them is a fellow whose go to now is the Ancho salmon! Salmon is an awfully hard thing to find for people at casual restaurants across the USA.

At one of the locations we regularly frequent, the staff had sold out of my veggie burger by mid day. They are apparently that popular there. They gave our lunch party a pile of all kinds of veggie sides, chips and salsa, and a free chocolate cake for no extra cost! Very courteous, down to earth people.

The service at the Chili’s in Tinley Park, IL is amazing! They have new management and the quality in how the food was prepared was much improved. The manager’s name is Kirk

I had Kori as my server tonight and we had a group of 20 to 25 people. She was very sweet great smile the whole time. I didn't see any manager try to help her with our group nor help with the other tables she had before us. She tried to stay on top of everything and everyone. I just think it's ridiculous seeing that young lady had to run around like that by herself. She did incredible! Thank you Kori for hospitality. This brandon on 60 1281 e brandon blvd

Today I picked up my food from chilis in round lake on Rollins Road and they gave me the wrong food, I called back so that I could come back to get my order corrected, the young man placed me on hold for 20 minutes I guess hoping I would hang up. I took a screen shot of my phone. I then called back again asking for a manager to be placed on hold again, manager never got on the phone. Chilis has great burgers that’s why even after 3 messed up orders they always seem to get my burger right. I’ve had mushy eggrolls not cooked all the way, no utensils, no napkins but ketchup. A handful of fries, burnt fries. I didn’t want free food just my order corrected. I will not be eating there anymore.
