Food quality horrible!! Ordered brisket and chicken quesadillas which had virtually no meat! I paid $40 and was very disappointed , I will never order from them again . Not what they showed pictured at all .

Not only Chili's took away 2 for 1 but increased the price of drinks. 25$ after tip for 2 jack n coke is lot. Just saying.

Chilis is a hit and miss depending on the location. Would appreciate if they gave a option for giftcard or refund when you're not happy with your order. My bf and I usually do pick up more than dine in. It's frustrating to get home and be unhappy with the taste or quality of something.

Their rewards could be better. I don't care for the free chips n salsa or free drink reward. How about money off a next meal? And every order should be added to my account and rack up points, but I never see it.

I send a survey from the Chili's I was at and received an email that someone would reach out, (but they never have). First off Chili's is my favorite restaurant in the world. So to complain on them is not something I would normally do. I was there on June sixteenth. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Tex Mex Bowl. After ordering the waiter came back to the table and said they did not have any rice and the oven was broke. He said is that ok? I told him ok that was odd to not have one of the main ingredients but whatever. When the meal came out I took a couple of bites and noticed there was no black beans, I called him over and told him that and he said "oh well I guess she didn't know what all went in it". After I was nearly done with my meal he comes back and brings me a bowl of black beans, I said I am about done with my food so I don't want them. He said we have a new manager and she was on the phone when she was getting your order together. I asked for my check and he said ok are you paying cash are card, I said card he said ok I will take it, I said no I want to pay from the Kwisk he said "well if you do don't do the survey." I said that is exactly what I am going to do. He said he would get in trouble and I told him the problem I had was not with him but the manager. She never came out and apologized or even seemed concerned with the situation. I was also still charged the same price even having two of the main ingredients missing. i will not be returning, if my business is not important to them.

My wife and I had dinner at the Chilies restaurant in Vista California. It was the worst meal we have every experienced in a restaurant. We had the half rib meal, $23, there was almost no meat on those ribs. bread was dry, the corn was old corn. the fries were the saving grace for the meal. they were the only thing that kept us from leaving there hungry. I have enjoyed he "smash burger" there and was meat in the burger than on the ribs. We will never eat at a Chilies again

My husband and I recently went to chili's and got the 3 for lunch. The food was delicious but when I tried to use a gift card it wouldn't work I had ordered a lunch to go and the special was $10.99 each. The gift card threw me off but we just paid with cash.
When we got home we realized we had been overcharged and no one was available to help when I called I just got hung up on so be careful and check your receipts before you leave.!

We decided to have my granddaughters birthday dinner at Chili’s, so we called ahead to get a big table of 8 people. When we got there it was only 5 of us and the reception person was very rude and didn’t want to seat us until half of our party was here, so they sat another group of people instead. So we had to wait until everyone was there, they finally sat us down and the service was terrible, we didn’t get what the Birthday Girl wanted to eat, the drinks were not that great from the bar, refills were served by other waiters and when we finally paid and we were taking pictures out side of the restaurant the manager came all the way outside to ask, or was begging why didn’t we leave a tip. That we could have gone to McDonald’s or Whatabuger if we didn’t want to leave a tip.

While traveling from Florida to Georgia we decided to stop at the Chilis near the Jacksonville Airport (Store 1289) for a ToGo order. We ordered a Triple Dipper $16.99. (2Eggs Rolls, 2Burger sliders, 2 Mozzarella sticks. I also ordered 2 sodas.
I ask the waiter if I could add on 2 more slider burgers he said yes. Total Paid $41.77 I picked up our food went back to my car. We had 8 sliders 2Egg Rolls and Fries.
So I returned a said we didn’t get our Mozzarella sticks. The Waiter apologized and say it would be another 10 min, so I return my car and we started eating the food. After 10 min returned for 2 mozzarella sticks and was told I had to bring the food back in to get the mozzarella sticks because they couldn’t use a separate container. By this time we requested the Manager /Amanda Huff. We explained to Amanda what took place and she treated my husband and I as if we were off the streets trying to scam for food. She took the food we had purchased and half eaten, and put it on the counter behind her and stated we were getting food for free.
My husband and I most certainly don’t need any free food, and could purchase into the Chili’s franchise if we wanted to, (not that THAT should matter),but how you treat each customer is of the upmost importance. Amanda Huff most certainly miss handle the situation as a Manager, and definitely misled those under her leadership.
After she took our food, she said I’ll just give you a refund. She handed me a hand written note with a number on it and said you’ll get your refund in 5-7 business days.
Chilis is not fine dining but one should not accept or expect to be disrespected and treated as if we chose this restaurant out of the 50 other restaurants in the area to scam for food. I know much is not done with reviews but AMANDA HUFF and her staff need to watch or rewatch the customer service video GIVE EM THE PICKLE. The People you Serve Amanda is Why You Have a Job. terrible we asked for medium rare steak and it was just deadass raw both times and I told my waiter and she had a horrible attitude and I even said ''hey I know it's not your fault or anything'' and she tried to tell me that it's supposed to be raw and I'm thinking what type of steak is she eating like BABY are you eating raw steak and you're thinking it's medium rare this whole time. I wouldn't be surprised if the dessert they gave was raw too.

Food served cold. Steak overdone. Annoying employee applicant using devise with speakers on loud at next table. Manager didn't offer compensation just desert and apologies.

How did we get here? The salad is the size of a side salad at the price of 15.00+. Well sad, but I have to let you go. I want to enjoy my food and with bite size salad I cannot

Made a order online about 2:30 to pick up at 3:45. Let me tell you they must have cooked it at 3:00. It was 3 for 10.99. Got a burger, fries and a side salad. The fries were cold, the burger bun was a disgusting mushy mess. Only half decent was the small side salad. Also, did not even receive the tea I ordered. Been a while since I ordered and it will be even longer before I order again. This was the Chilis on 67th street in Shawnee out by the Aldis. HORRIBLE FOOD. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR STOMACH. BEWARE.

Absolutely horrible service from the girls who sit people. First I stood there for at least 2 min before they even took my name for the waitlist. Then I watched them seat 2 families that came after my son and I. I asked why they were skipping us and they tell me it has to do with table tops and size of party. They sat my son and I at a small booth, I asked for a bigger table and was told I would have to wait longer. There were several 4 tops available next to us and they refused to let us sit there. Not even 2 min later they filled 2 of the 4 top with 2 people at each. Talk about spiteful.

Recently I ordered takeout from the Chili’s in the Katy freeway in Houston. The last time I ordered it was terrible but I decided to give them another chance. I ordered a six ounce steak medium, loaded mashed potatoes and garlic mushrooms. The steak was so RAW it was cold inside. The mushrooms had no seasoning at all and the potatoes had so much bacon that I had to scrape some of it off to find the potatoes. I will not go to Chili’s again! I called their corporate office and left a voicemail, completed a form online, received an email asking for additional information and the person who called today said they received nothing from me!!

Southington, CT Chili's - ordered the Santa Fe crispers salad to go - if I had eaten there - I would have sent it back - it was mostly lettuce - could not find any avocado and could barely find any pica de Gallo - would never ever eat at Chili's or takeout from them again - the salad looked nothing like the pics on the website and again - was mostly lettuce

Satisfied with food quality overall. However, our seating was made uncomfortable due to the cool breeze from a nearby ceiling fan. You would think that since we are in January, the management could at least raise the thermostat a bit warmer. Unless in fact, this would be the one and only situation where their heating / cooling system had NO THERMOSTAT! Conclusion? Management was non responsive to our request for relief. Oh well, there are PLENTY OTHER dining establishments to support in the future.

Was not greeted upon entry at all even while standing there. Customer was greeted and helped after me. I was the only person waiting in line. Bad experience unacceptable felt discrimination. I rarely get dine here.

My husband and I went to the Chili's in Manhattan village in the city of Manhattan Beach. Our server his name was Eric. He was super attentive. You paid attention Pacific details. Super friendly. I would definitely come back. I wouldn't recommend all Chili's but this one is specific the one in Manhattan village is awesome. If you're around the area and want hot and yummy food and a fun environment come to the Chili's in Manhattan Beach.
