Best retail experience I have ever had
Wow, wow, wow! This is a true family business. I bought two chairs, and the communication was faultless from beginning to end. The chairs were gorgeous too! This is why they are rated five stars. I wish all businesses operated this way. If I had the chance, I would give them 10 stars.

Great communication! They reached out to me right after I ordered my Stool 60 at a great price, providing updates on the status from the manufacturer and shipping. I requested customization on the packaging, and they gladly obliged. This is the advantage of supporting a family-owned business, and I will gladly do business with them again.

Excellent communication. Seller kept in touch from the start. My order arrived early and was offered to be send to me with white glove service, which I didn't take but still nice to have been offered. I'd recommend shopping with them. Great service.
