We have bought a few items from Cimmermann in the past and are always impressed by the great service - prompt confirmation of delivery times and excellent communication from Matt.

I ordered 6 Starck Kartell dining chairs and needed them delivered within a certain date due to a family gathering. I contacted Cimmermann and they confirmed that due to customs (which were out of their control) that they couldn’t guarantee delivery before Xmas. When I explained the reason, they got in touch with the company and confirmed that they would keep me posted when the items were dispatched overseas, inform me when they got through customs and would deliver them as soon as they arrived at their end. Could not fault their communication and they kept me posted all the way through. I had the chairs in time, a few days before the family gathering.
Would not hesitate to order from this company again!!!!

I could not recommend Cimmerman more. I ordered 2 Kartell Masters chairs. The pricing was good and the website was very clear, answering any questions I had regarding delivery times, potential customs, etc... The ordering process was easy, and Matt got in touch very quickly to inform me of the timings and estimate delivery date. He kept me updated throughout, and the chairs came in almost a month earlier than initially informed, great service ! Will definitely be using Cimmerman again :)

I highly recommend this company. Matt was so helpful and patient while I was deciding what sofa colour I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and I was kept in touch with progress once the order was in. I’m thrilled by my new sofa and will use Cimmermann again.

Wonderful customer service and high end furniture, from a company which cares. I ordered two beautiful bookshelves. When they were delivered, I spotted a manufacturing defect on each one. I contacted Matt at Cimmerman to advise of this. He arranged for new shelves to be delivered and for them to be swapped with the original ones. This was carried out seamlessly. The way customer service used to be. I will order from Cimmerman again, without a moment’s hesitation.
