I arrived on time and I was seen on time so am very happy to have my hip done there

I recently had back surgery at the three shires hospital & my whole experience there was absolutely above & beyond.! The staff & my surgeon were just amazing. It was such a calm, caring atmosphere & so peaceful there.
I highly recommend this hospital.

Staff are friendly, efficient and reassuring. Having a local clinic where I can see my consultant is very important, rather than having to travel into London.

I was very satisfied with the service I received. The nurse and consultant were exceptional and I was put at ease and treated with dignity and respect at all times. The procedure was performed on time and the whole process was easy.

The booking process and service was efficient and the staff very polite and understanding of what was needed. I was treated with respect and helped with getting off the couch as needed, as well as not rushed and had explanations for what to do and expect.

I was well looked after and my only concern was the initial delay in the actual operation on the day - I was not informed of the schedule and it would have been helpful if I had been because I would then have been able to inform the person who was to take me home.

Staff are polite and friendly. Premises are comfortable and clean with pleasant surroundings as you would expect from private health care.
However the follow up communication falls below the expected standard

I am a NHS patient and was lucky enough to go to the Winchester clinic on Sarum Rd. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, I got to my appointment 45 minutes early and they immediately said the consultant was free and rushed me through.
The consultant talked me through everything and explained my options, the following day I received a text with my next appointment date.

My experience at Beaumont Hospital was excellent from start to finish.
I was particularly impressed by the high level of medical expertise and the quality of care I received from the consultant-dermatologist, professor Vishal Madan.
The administrative side was in perfect harmony with this clinical excellence; I was kept fully informed with clear, timely notifications, including the SMS messaging on my mobile, and the entire process was handled with great professionalism. After experiencing communication issues elsewhere, the reliability and expert care at Beaumont were a breath of fresh air. There was nothing more you could have done better—keep up the high standards!

First class service from my pre-op assessment to my actual hip replacement surgery. The consultant, nursing staff and auxiliaries were very supportive and professional.

I have suffered with debilitating sciatica for 7 months. The NHS unable to support me other than pain relief. Physio and Spinal Specialist appointments taking months for a consultation/meeting.

The Circle Health Group was worth every penny.
The consultation with Dr Nicholas Frazer was exactly how his profile stated. His knowledge and support was second to none. (Even his secretary Lesley was friendly, supportive and manages appointments promptly and professionally). Dr Frazer’s team were all friendly and amazing.

I left pain free, after having a Spinal Steroid Injection. There was no pain involved and it did not take too long.

I cannot thank everyone enough.

The experience that i received at Sarum was smooth, efficient and personal. On arrival there were no problems with parking. The waiting time was short and comfortable. The Consultant was on time and gave me her sole attention during the examination, as well as good advice as to the way forward. Everything was explained to me well and i felt reassured about the way ahead. The staff were very friendly and efficient and the overall service very good.
