Really smooth experience, Duncan handled our business asset finance brilliantly, was always quick to respond and made the process stress free.

I used City Capital to arrange initial car finance for Tesla 3 and subsequent refinancing. They were very helpful and efficient dealing with a complex set of circumstances very quickly.

Tesla had a sheet with third party companies and unofficially my Tesla chap pointed at a couple and said these have been, I think quick and easy when buying through your own company - to which I took note.

Happily I called City Capital first - and they not only got straight on the case but walked me through each and every step which was not always straight forward as Tesla do tend to stumble over their own App.
But with the team at City Capital we soon overcame Tesla shortcomings and I now have a shiny new Model S released and ready for me to collect on Saturday.

I highly recommend City Capital London to anyone but particularly company directors who want the personal touch and first class service.

As a new limited company with only one years accounts it required a specialist lender to secure funding. I was recommended this firm by Tesla and once I made contact with them the process was very smooth. Andrew Walker was very efficient in responding to calls and e mails and offering guidance along the way. Funding was successfully secured in a matter of days.

It was an easy step by step process from getting an application for the underwriter to review up until the finance was completed. I felt very supported and everything was done in a timely manner. Superb personal experience.
