Poor customer service
ordered online, waited 3 days after given delivery date. Enquired about my order only to be informed by email there was a" technical issue" and my order cancelled. The same goods are still being sold online but at a higher price. Will not be using this company again.

Full bathroom renovation, Dave Edwards showroom manager in Hereford city plumbing was fantastic, from the initial enquiry I made, through to the design of our new bathroom, he always replied promptly to any queries I had and made great suggestions. The design he came up with was fabulous and made the most of a small space. Also shout out to Chris in the haverfordwest showroom who was also very helpful. Both Dave and Chris made the whole process seamless and straightforward.

Very Good Customer Service
The first solar panel I received was cracked front and back. Quick call to customer services to arrange pickup and replacement. New panel arrived the following morning and old panel was collected at the same time. Excellent service.

Good prices and the staff were lovely…
Good prices and the staff were lovely and helpful. However, on my recent order I asked for two parts to be delivered to a specific store. When the order came through, I went to the stated store and was told it had been sent to another branch. After travelling there, I was only given one part of the order and then told the second part was actually back at the original store.
The staff handled the situation well, but head office really need to sort out the delivery and collection system.
