Trade user here. I would warn anyone off using this absolute ballache of a company.
Ive unfortunately had to use them several times for parts and I dont think I have ever had a positive experience across several branches.
From miserable, unhelpful staff
To clueless staff and managers and while there customer services can be somewhat ok, some of those lot are equally as horrible and miserable.
I've had stores arguing with their own head office team because neither seems to have the slightest clue what they are doing.
Had my credit card locked from trying to shop with them because of scam activity
Sealed parts refused to be taken back, wrong parts delivered most of the time.
I actively shop elsewhere, it even costs me more for my boilers etc but I would rather that than support such a shocking company.
The feedback from this sectors industry groups isn't much better either
I see now why they're going all out on sponsored posts via online influencer, because once the lqst of their bigger business custom leaves them it'll be good riddance to chitty plumbing!

Got recommended by a friend to go Slough bathroom showroom, This is now the 3rd time I have visited to collect my items, and on each occasion I have been told they are not ready. Today I was informed that the items were never even ordered in the first place. The Bathroom showroom Manager Tobish is absolutely useless.

Dreadful company and accounts…
Dreadful company and accounts department (Theyre clueless)....... The people in branches are great but head office need a good kick up the backside.... Prices too expensive (been shopping here for 21 years, not anymore) and accounts department are useless, requesting money tahts already been paid....

Great purchase experience
Panels arrived at the end of May and came carefully wrapped on a palet. The delivery guy was polite and was keen to get them all the way up my steep gravel driveway to help me get them safely unpacked.
No damage to report and all 4 seem to be working well despite it raining everyday since being installed.

Kathy is a true gem - saved my bathroom project
About to finish a bathroom project . Wanted to say a massive thank you to Kathy from Reading store on Rose Kiln Lane who really made it happen - a true professional. Had a few issues with toilets which my plumber did not check and realised last minute it would not fit , but she really took full charge of solving the issue and saved the project . In fact I am glad it happened since the replacement is actually beautiful . Absolute star ! You don’t get this kind of service nowadays very often . Thank you

The first time ordered on-line
The first time ordered on-line, there was no alert as promised that the goods had arrived in Wakefield. I had to call the branch. The second time I ordered on-line, the person at the shop offered to call me when the goods arrived. Which he did. So 0/10 for your on-line service and 10/10 for your Wakefield branch staff. Would have given 5 stars if not for the poor on-line service.
