I have had a few orders done for me from here and would highly recommend. Always delivered on time, amazingly arranged, long lasting flowers and easy website to use.

Easy to order and plenty of choice. The flowers were delivered on time and looked the same as the advertised photo. I would order flowers again in the future.

Very happy with this service

I had a mixed bunch of roses and freesias delivered on Monday 28th April has a birthday surprise. Following the instructions I unwrapped the flowers and placed them in a vase. On Tuesday 29th April the roses were all drooping. I contacted the florist and had no reply.
Do yourself a favour and go to the grocery store instead.

I had a £50 voucher from my son for Mother's Day to use with Clare Florist. The flowers were broken and had ants crawling around in them when they arrived and very few stems. I could have bought better flowers for £10 from a super market. Very disappointing.

The choice of flowers was very good with the addition of several options to enhance things, like the purchase of a display vase along with other things. I had to go to this florist due to the M and S problems but I am certainly not disappointed at all. I would certainly recommend this company.

I received this gift from a friend, but very disappointed in the quality of the roses, the yellow ones started dieing back after one day and the red ones the following day. Not what you expect nowadays, so do not think I would use your business again.

The flower's in the main were of good quality but sadly the yellow roses were not as fresh as I would have hoped.

Lovely flowers exactly as ordered, delivered exactly as promised in perfect condition.

Flowers were just about OK when arrived but wilted and thrown out after 2 days. Tesco flowers bought on the same day are still going 11 days later.

I paid extra for 25% more flowers, and they sent less flowers than shown on the website photo of the standard bouquet. :( There were lots of "filler" foliage, which also wasn't shown on the website photo.
I contacted them via email and it was agreed that the flowers were below standard, quote: "This is not what should have been sent and I agree looks shocking" and a refund would be sent. 11 days later I am still waiting for a refund. My emails go unanswered and I can't get through on the phone. Aside from this DPD took 48hrs from collection to delivery, so the few flowers that had been sent looked like they'd been through a spin cycle on the washing machine.

Thank you for making things easy to organise and for checking on the address with me. My daughter-in-law loved the flowers.

We had a gift for my husband’s 80th birthday of a bouquet of white carnations and gypsophila. They arrived exactly on time and were well packaged. These are quite the most beautiful flowers I have ever received. They are top quality and the scent is gorgeous. They look wonderful. Thank you!
