The worst flowers I have ever received, dead in 2 days, nothing like shown on the website

Received a surprise bouquet beautiful Flowers when they arrived by the second day the roses were falling down, all very sad looking not impressed definetly i won't be using this business.

Hello, yes it's Mr Quinn again. Just to say my Mother received her second bunch of flowers and although better than what she received first time there was still a lack of pink flowers. The flowers which came to my address were luvly and we had an apology card inside too. Looks like the florest sending to my mother's address don't really care and are letting Clare Florest down badly.Sorry I won't be using your business in future. Mr J. QUINN

I have used this company before without any issues. However, this last time, the flowers only lasted 1 day before the heads dropped. They were replaced and the same thing to happened 2 days later.
I think there was a problem with their supplier for this to happen.

I received flowers as a gift last Thursday afternoon. By Friday 2 roses had drooped & by Sunday all but one rose had drooped. By Monday the flowers were dead. I did change the water once during this time.
Not impressed.

Ordered flowers from this florist for Mother’s Day and they are half dead not acceptable and after paying £37 they should have lasted a lot longer than less than a week. I have actually emailed twice once with a picture of the flowers and phone but no response

Roses half dead ….my daughter send me flowers for Mother’s Day as she doesn’t live in England ….there arrived Thursday but the roses looked floppy …and by Friday morning they looked half dead …spent a day trying to ring just answerphone lest a message twice no one returned my call ,…would never recommend…..

Absolutely gorgeous mothers day bouquet that my mother loved.
I can't express enough how fresh and beautiful they were. Delivery was a breeze, too.

I received the flowers from my daughter in Canada for Mother's Day. The flowers are beautiful. They were wrapped so as to prevent any damage. They were really fresh & a lovely assortment of flowers. I would definitely use this company to order flowers

Feel we were scammed. Took the money, didn’t deliver. We tried to contact them, using internet, and email. No response. Live chat on their site is not connected. Their phone number is a non standard, expensive one.

Well, I can eat my humble pie, with extra salt. They have got back to me to say that their delivery agent couldn’t deliver so left a card. There was someone at home all day and no card.
However, they did offer another go or my money back. The money is safely back on my credit card. So, not a scam.

I had quite a bad experience with this company and unfortunately, I cannot recommend them.

I initially ordered a bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day but accidentally asked for them to be delivered too early, which is completely my fault. I tried to contact customer services to rectify this, but despite numerous emails, messages on Whatsapp, calling the customer service line (every time I called, no one picked up), and leaving voicemails, I never once got a response. Additionally, I never even received an email invoice, so I had no idea if my payment had been received or if the flowers were even going to arrive, which made me worry that I had been scammed.

Eventually, the day before my flowers were due to arrive, I did get an email about delivery, and the flowers did show up the next day. Thankfully this was around the time of my Mum's birthday, so I decided to give them to her as a birthday present instead. However, we were both so disappointed by the quality of the flowers - the roses, which were pictured and stated on the website to be a dark pink, actually came as white with a very faint colouring of light pink in the middle. Additionally, the flowers began to wilt just a day after being delivered, despite trimming the stems, removing leaves, and adding flower food.

Overall, this experience was a massive headache and I'm so upset that I gifted my Mum such poor-quality flowers, on top of spending so much money on them. I would much rather discuss this with the company privately, but considering I have already tried multiple channels of communication with zero response, I feel as though I have no choice but to leave this review instead. I take full responsibility for ordering the flowers for the wrong day, but I was so shocked by the lack of customer service (even a message to say altering the delivery wasn't possible would have been fine), and the quality of flowers on top of it all was such a disappointing experience.

Sent some flowers from Clare Florist via Amazon and they arrived in very bad condition with only two being alive. I sent a complaint to Clare’s and after an initial reply heard nothing

Gorgeous bouquet of flowers, received in perfect condition with good care instructions. My only disappointment was with the personalised card/paper, it seemed to be badly printed and wasn’t the nicely decorated and good quality card that I was expecting.
