I ordered from overseas ( Canada) website really clear and well laid out . Got a tracking notice with specific timing which was great. My friend sent me pictures of the flowers and they were just like the picture!

Is was easy and straightforward to order.

I received a lovely big box of flowers delivered on Friday 21 February 2025, as a birthday gift for my birthday, which was on the 23 February 2025. I put the flowers in a crystal vase with fresh water and the solution which came with the flowers. However. to my disappointment, all the orange roses wilted and looked bruised on the 23 February (3) just 2 days after delivery) and the yellow roses (3) and one of the two fuchsia coloured roses are wilted.
I'm sure that my cousin who sent these flowers paid a lot together with delivery.

I ordered a specific bouquet for Valentines Day at least 10 days in advance. The order was paid for and confirmed for delivery on the day.
I was getting a little anxious when no dispatch note was sent out confirming delivery that day. I contacted the company by phone, email and WhatsApp with zero response. If someone had responded I could have left the house to make alternative arrangements, instead of waiting for a delivery which simply wasn't actioned. Thanks for wasting my time and upsetting my wife. I also spent several days requesting a refund, which I eventually got with what felt like an empty apology. Whilst I realise mistakes happen, had someone bothered to communicate with me, I would have been less annoyed and been able to do something else! I cannot recommend Clare Florist services as i didn't receive any service at all. Poor show, with even worse communication.

Poor delivery service, paid for next day before 3pm, didn't deliver to thr address but a local shop for collection.
12 roses with little to no surrounding leaves / berries as shown on photo. Out of the 12 Roses there are 3 bigger ones but the others are very small and a lot of those are bruised.
Really dissapointed

Buying flowers for your wife's 70th Birthday is quite stressful, because you have so many things you want to get right...the flowers themselves, how many, how much, make sure the delivery is on time etc etc, Clare Florists got everything right, they were fantastic. I could not recommend them more highly, I will definitely be using them again...Well Done Clare Florists!!!!

I ordered some flowers for a friends Birthday, they arrived on time but they were not in a good condition, so I sent them an email about this. It has now been over a week and I have not had any response which is very disappointing!

I ordered flowers to my mother's care home, and then had to cancel them, emailed customer service and they were very happy to refund. I then reordered later and for some reason they were returned by the courier. I contacted Clare Florist to question this and ask for them to be sent again - they responded instantly to apologise for the mistake (although it was likely on our side!) and offered to deliver a new bunch the next working day, for no extra cost. They arrived as promised and my mum was thrilled - thank you so much for being so understanding, you really made my mum's day!

Well packaged and excellent combination of flowers and colour

I was sending birthday flowers & after reading some reviews I chose to order with Clare Florist. I am happy to say that the beautiful flowers were easy to order, delivered & recipient was delighted.

Beautiful flowers and quick delivery

I ordered these for a special gift for my relative's big birthday. I'm in Australia, she's in the UK. Thanks to delivery tracking, I was able to see that they arrived on time. The recipient said "thank you so much for the beautiful flowers. They were a wonderful surprise and they look gorgeous." Mission accomplished. Thanks.

Paid additional sums for flowers to be delivered at a specific time; did not happen. I have been a regular customer of this firm for years, but they will no longer get my custom. I also understand that the flowers were not of the usual standard. Clare Florist are on a slippery slope that they will find hard to stop if they do not get their act together very soon.

The only good thing that happened was that they gave me a full refund!

Everything is easy, from start to finish. Quality products delivered on time.
