Yes, 212 is sold and they have proven the fence between 212 /214 is belong to 214 NOT 212 and Phoenix Maintainance Repairs Team CONFIRMED RECENTLY IN RECORDINGS that boundery is intact and is BELONG to 214 and Martin Stenalaus of Phoenix is mischief maker. Appalling reply. Made an enquiry about Wills & Inheritance and they suggested "Thank you for your recent enquiry. Unfortunately Clarke Willmott is unable to assist with this matter. However, may we suggest using the Law Society’s ‘find a solicitor’ search to help you locate a specialist near you" YET their advert on google shows that this EXACTLY their specialism! Crazy response.

As a single full time mum, struggling with an extremely difficult and abusive ex partner, i trusted Clarke Willmott to help me. The process was lengthy and costly and due to the strain on my mental health i did stop and start the process. When i was finally ready to go ahead, they told me i had to pay a significant amount for them to continue (even though i already had £8000 fees and they took on my case knowing full well I had no money - they even saw my accounts). Because i could not make a significant contribution, they have now hit me with a £9000 + bill that needs paying within 14 days or they're taking ME to court. So be warned, they are a large chain of money grabbers, with no empathy for you or your situation. Go and find a small family run business if you actually want your moneys worth and no threat of court or ccjs. they have literally not only wasted my time, they have now put me in a financial situation I cannot get out of, making things even worse than they were before.

Keep threatening CCJ after a family court case where children were sexually abused.

Have been paying monthly instalments.

Yet when I respond to CCJ threatening letters they don't engage to agree payment arrangement. So I am confused what they want if a previous client is already paying money off.

I didn't know that personal injury claims had a 3 year expiry date on them. I only discovered this 2.5 years after the event when I felt mentally strong enough to embark on legal action. Despite the limited time window, Lee Hart took my case on. It's the first time that I've felt listened to since the event took place, and like I had someone on my side. I liked that he was calm, professional, but also humorous. It made going through an emotionally taxing process much easier. Would definitely use Clarke Willmott again in the future based on this experience.

I had an excellent experience using Isobelle from Clarke Willmott to settle a commercial dispute. I was given clear commercial advice and the whole matter was executed professionally within the agreed budget and to a very tight timescale. A reasonable fee was charged which no one ever wants to pay but the rate was fair and Isobelle over delivered and did not try and charge any extra. I would definitely use them again, I guess your experience will always depend on who you deal with and how they treat you, so 5 stars for Isabelle Cam! Thanks.

Communication skills poor but that's a product of a modern age. Someone needs to teach their junior staff how to be more transparent with customers and NOT assume that the customer knows what they think they know!

Medical negligence claim was dealt with very efficiently and professionally. I was always kept updated. Support was given throughout to understand legal processes. Received quick responses to my telephone calls and emails. Very sympathetic and understanding in times of personal difficulty. Always honest and open. Felt confident and had full trust that every effort was being made in my claim.

I had part of my finger amputated in an accident in work and that was back in 2019 and that's when i first contacted Clarke and Willmott had an appointment with Lee Hart I was so nervous about the whole thing and Lee put me at ease straight away, he explained to me what the process would be and what he would be doing next. After a 26 hour labour, and then an emergency C-section at an NHS hospital i was handed my 12.2 pound baby! Turns out that i had undetected gestational diabetes. I then suffered post natal depression and the next 2 years was a very hard recovery. But in the end i did recover. I lost 2 years of my life and all the tumour. My NHS midwife missed 4 signs early on in the pregnancy, and it was deemed as "medical negligence", as they should have picked up on the gestational diabetes. Clarke Willmott were excellent. 10/10. Gemma Osgood handled my case, she was attentive and caring and clearly went out of her way for me. Held my hand the whole way. Very professional, yet still very human and personal. There is no way i could have done this without her. They built an amazing case and got me £16,000 compensation. Which i was very happy with. After giving birth to my first child I had a 3rd degree tear which lead to many issues as it was repaired as a 2nd degree tear. By the time I found out why I was having so many issues and felt I was ready to talk about it and take litigation I was at the end of my limitation period. I called many solicitors that were not willing to take on the case due to the limitation. Clark Willmott were different and took the time to understand exactly what happened and when and found a way not only to find a solution to the limitation issue but to go on and win the case.
