The advice I have received from Allen has been invaluable when choosing the specifications of my booklets or acrylic awards. Allen answers all of my emails so quickly and thoroughly, usually within 5-20 minutes and I have never failed to get hold of him on the phone. I feel I can trust Allen & Claro Print to offer me the best prices and to be honest in their advice. There have been times when I have sent artwork much later than I originally said I would or in the wrong format but Allen has bent over backwards to ensure I meet my deadlines regardless. The quality of the products ordered from Claro Print has been exceptional. Allen is an absolute pleasure to work with and I often feel like he works purely for me sometimes as he is so fast to respond and I believe he understands our needs as a not-for-profit organisation and he is on my side to get me the best deals. I'd definitely recommend Claro Print to others.
