Clean using Better Life products always!!

You charged my card 8 days ago and took my money but you haven’t shipped my stuff - where is it?

Almost everything was out of stock which was disappointing because I wanted to try some new products but I couldn't get them

Did not send order. Had to call two times to get an answer. Finally got the order sent. Address was incorrect. The rep said he could change the home address but not the billing address When I said I was not satisfied with this he said he was not going to spend not another minute with me. I cancelled the order of a product I like and waited over one month for.

I will not order from your company again.

Incredible customer service, incredible products. You have a customer for life in me and I will promote the hell out of your product any chance given!

Thank you SO much!

Very impressed with the customer service! As a business owner myself, this is so important to me. I love the products so much and awesome customer service is a Huge plus!!

WE live in a hard water area, NOTHING cleans my shower doors better, no streaking. no soap scum. just crystal clear glass, this is a lifesavor

I have been looking for an all-natural product without chemical surfactants. Everything I tried so far leaves a greasy scum except the Better-Life All-purpose cleaner, and I am excited to be getting the Dish Soap too!

Amazing customer service! I received a damaged product and they responded same day and have confirmed a replacement order at no charge! We love these products and will be customers for life!

Good stuff ...use several of the products for our Vrbo cabins

Totally messed up my order & could not seem to figure out how to fix it, though it was VERY SIMPLE!!! So annoyed with this company right now!!!! Customer service cannot comprehend logic, I guess. Products are good though, but they need help with following through on orders & customer service!!!

Excellent products and excellent customer service. Very prompt to communicate and address your needs.

Had a few missing items with my order and contacted support via phone. They instantly got me taken care to completely fulfill my order and I will gladly keep ordering my cleaning products from Better Life.

I received a wrong order. This is not a first time I received incorrect orders.

I ordered the floor cleaner and I love it my wood floors look so wonderful so I decided to order more of your products love them all

Items were damaged in shipping and have spent all morning trying to get replacements or a refund. Not happy with all of the hoops I need to jump through for something that is not my fault.

Great products and wonderful customer service!
